  good location

  decent hotel , big room , some English channels, breakfast excellent, right on beach but get a sunbed early , pool was fine, bar service daytime only, food for lunch really nice . good location for bars restaurants etc. try south Vietnam travel they organised our trip and everything ws spot on .

  Nice friendly cozy

  Spend weekend nice friendly very cozy bungalow nice restaurant without proper food ( maybe for foreigners) worst part know your room exact 12 am to check out they cannot call they cannot wait anyway its nice place if u get a sea view bungalow

  Good location, at the beach in a lovelly garden

  The hotel bungalows were sited in a very nice, peaceful garden. The room was big, clean and comfortable, very nice even if we just had "a garden wiew". It was just a few steps from the sea side and the lovelly pool. Due to a terrible cold we asked for an exstra mattress to be able to sleep during the more than one week we stayed. We got this, with a smile, and saved our nights sleep, tank you! The staff was service minded and friendly. Our mother tongue is Norwegian, the second language English (third German, fourth a little French). We unfortunately do not speek Vietnameese or Rushian (!). We found it a little difficult to communicate with the staff, with a few exceptions. The breakfast was good, so was the lunch in the pool bar. We had a smaller problem considering the check out time. We made an agreement the day before we were to leave, including payment. Dispite this, we were in very short notice, while we were taking tha last bath in the ocean, asked to leave earlier than agreed. That caused us frustration, we had to hurry. After some negotiations we were able to hold the room a little exstra, and we got a basket with fruit as a compensation for the trouble. We had a great time and will gladly return.

  FEEDBACK FOR TERRACOTTA RESORT

  Hello all of tourist who are finding out about Terracotta resort's information, I & my family had a trip for 3 days at Terracotta resort in Phan Thiet city. It's a nice trip, we hired "bungarlow front beach" and i will give some feedbacks to all of you about this resort: - Room: it's clear with good decoration, hot water flows strongly all day and all night - Meal: Breakfast: serve buffet ---> there are many delicious dishes at Vietnam stall, specially PHO Lunch & dinner: we eat at restaurant of resort, meal's price is fair, the taste is quite good, but i suggest that you should have lunch and dinner at resort, because dishes are more delicious than dishes in nearby restaurants. - Beach & seashore: water is blue, seashore is clear with white sand, yellow shine --> so beautiful - The pool: quite big & wide, view is pretty like pictures posted on this page (but there isn't service for hiring buoy here) - View of resort: atmosphere is very fresh with many trees and flowers planted everywhere, there are mant kinds of bird, they are friendly - Staff & service: waiters are nice, they serve all of what you need fast Note: There are some bad things at Terracotta as below - Staff clear your room late (11 am they come to our room and we have to move out while staff do their work, this is so inconvenient because it is time to take a nap, i hope that staff will clear room sooner) - Motorboats run very fast on the beach and they often run into the area where the tourists are swimming ---> it's dangerous, tourists can have accident, we don't feel comfortable for this In my opinion, Terracotta is worth voting 3 star instead of 4 star as advertisement With my feedbacks as above, i hope that you will have another option for your trip when you visit Phan Thiet.

  Average and rude

  Paid to have lunch here which was overpriced and average. The male staff around the bar and pool made us feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable by staring, laughing and whispering about us. We were then told we were not allowed to pay to sit around the pool or beach - the only resort on the beach that wouldnt let us, apparently! Very strange atmosphere
