  Poor customer service, Dirty Condo

  Upon arrival at the condo, we entered & found the condo hadn't been cleaned from the prior guests.. Piles of bedding & dirty towels, beds not made, bathrooms dirty, dead bugs on floors & counters, etc. The grill was filthy.. We immediately called to let Mountain Resorts front desk staff know. They said they would call housekeeping.. Within an hour maids were there, but we had to get out of the way for them to clean, etc. It was over an hour after our arrival time of 4:45 before they left the condo. We had groceries in the car that we had to throw away. We were then told that we would have trash removal & towel replacement twice during the week, & that never happened either. There was also no toilet paper in the house for 3 bathrooms. Overall, we were highly disappointed in our stay & the lack of customer service we received! Would not use this rental company again when we return for baseball tournaments next year..

  Fantastic condo for our 'Fall Colors' vacation!

  My friends and I really liked this property. It was in a quiet location just a short drive to downtown main street. The condo was beautiful and very spacious and cozy. The furnishings were tasteful. The beds were comfortable. The place had a 'warm fuzzy feeling' as soon as we walked inside. We felt at home while we had our Friday night tacos and margaritas in the dining room that was uniquely separate from the other rooms and surrounded by windows. Many Aspen trees could be seen outside all of the windows. Then Saturday night after we returned from dinner in town, we lounged on the comfy sofa and chairs in the living room and had not a care in the world. The staff members at the front desk were super friendly. The place has a fitness room, pool and hot tub. Though we didn't partake of any of this it was nice to know they were there. I have no complaints and I would love to return to this property.

  Comfortable. Easy access to ski slope

  Stayed year end 2017. Access to Gondola base very manageable in ski boots, a short walk along a paved path then past the Christy Sports ski shop making rentals very convenient. Stayed in unit N-11 Kitchen well stocked and Condo nicely furnished. Beds comfortable in both BR, although one of us though springs on the fold out in the great room made sleep a bit fitful. Hot tub and heated pool are outside and down the stairs. Parking is inside. No problems for which we needed service. wifi present but best for email. Would go back.

  Very close to ski area base

  We rented a 2 BR 2 Bath condo. We didnt find the living room furniture in our unit to be all that comfortable, since the couch is a sofa bed, but the beds were ok. There are plenty of tvs & the internet works well. There is a small but full kitchen, thats nice to have for cooking some meals. Overall the unit is in pretty good repair and the buildings are kept clean. The shuttle service is great, they get here within minutes, and there is a shortcut walking trail over to the ski area so its only 5 minutes to walk over there (maybe a little longer in ski boots...)The shuttle drivers are helpful and informative. There is also a small grocery store on that path, so its good for small grocery items, breakfast or lunch sandwiches, beer and wine. (There are two grocery stores that the shuttle can take you to, so no need to fully stock up at the small nearby one.) Our unit has an indoor parking spot ( although we dont need a car here) and there is additional resident parking outside. We didnt try the outdoor pool or hot tub. In this unit the washer & dryer are located near the living room, so it can be a bit noisy if you are using them while you are in the living room area. Wed come back here again based on the location and building cleanliness.

  Great stay

  My family and I stayed at Terraces (unit TRN01) in December. We booked directly though Steamboat. I was a little apprehensive since I couldnt find any reviews specific to condo TRN01. However, once I got there, and concerns quickly dissolved. The condo complex itself was very close to the mountain (7-10 minute walk in snow), and the shuttle was usually there in 2-5 minutes (of course, the more crowded the mountain, the longer that itll take for the shuttle to get there). The complex features a pool (which we used, as did other guest), and a locker which was nice for keeping the condo clear of skis. our unit was big. It was a first floor condo, spread over 2 floors. The bedrooms were in the lower level (but still had windows), and the living room and kitchen were on main floor. Condo was fully equipped, so we made most of our meals at home. Overall, the combination of location, unit, shuttle, and price, was of good value and we would rent this again.
