  Alojé una noche en este hotel durante el mes de abril. La relación precio calidad es bastante buena, además de estar bien ubicado, en pleno centro de Yeovil. Recomendable si no tienes problemas en estar en un lugar práctico, pero sencillo.

  Excellent. Great service.

  Overall I'd rate this hotel a 9/10 the only thing letting it down is parking. The chap who runs this place couldn't do more to make us comfortable. Brilliant. Clean comfortable room with plenty of sockets for charging decent TV clean bathroom with a very good shower deep bath and plenty of light and mirrors Excellent value without feeling cheap. Cleaner couldn't be more helpful. Won't be staying anywhere else if we're in the area.

  Cleaners left my room unlocked

  You pay a budget price and you get a budget hotel, bed is relatively uncomfortable but still got a good nights sleep. You get a little tray of teas and coffee is which is very nice and you have a TV with 32 channels which is also good. The curtains let quite a bit of light in which is a downside and the real downside is that after coming back to my room that my door was unlocked and had obviously been left open by the cleaners. Ive therefore had to cancel my cards and go through a lot of Faff. Although the receptionist was very apologetic and polite.

  Shocked!!

  I dont know what to say!! Checked in, went up to the room and then checked out within 3 minutes! This place needs a revamp, broken curtain rails, floor lifted in the bathroom, rust around the bath and sink, horrible musty smell and only one cup for tea. Booked in across the road at The Premiere Inn.

  Low standards...

  I recently stayed here on a business trip for two nights. These are my observations. After a hard day at work I thought Id treat myself with a long soak in the bath. As I reached to turn on the taps I noticed a pubic hair at the base of the shower screen, and there was built up scum around the overflow of the sink...needless to say I opted for having a shower! Also the complimentary bottle of water wasnt replaced on the second day/evening of my stay. It may seem pedantic but my company paid good money for my accommodation and its the little things that matter. The overall aesthetic of the building looked tired, from the broken window in the reception to the anyone found using drugs on the property will be removed by the police notice added to the general gloomy ambiance. The saying you pay for what you get definitely applies to the Terrace Lodge but in this instance I believe the £40.00 fee is steep!
