  Not All Inclusive with poor customer service, the food is good though and ok value for money

  Unfortunately we were not happy with this so called, All inclusive Resort. Food and alcohol is only free at certain hours of the day. There is a 1.5 surcharge for the safe per night which I have never paid anywhere else. Other things that are not included are: popcorn, freshly squeezed juice, most international cocktail and real spirits as well towel replacement - which I found very odd. Reception staff would also benefit from international interpersonal and customer service training. They discriminate against non Turkish citizens by not favouring them for a room upgrade. Even if the booking is made with other TC citizens in the room, if the room is under a foreigners name they will not get an upgrade. Toilet and shower door are frosted and have openings on top which allows other residents to see hear and smell what is going on in there. Deluxe rooms have a sliding door that can provide some privacy. The positives were the pool, slides, food and hamam. But unfortunately we will not be back due to the poor customer service and fact that it is not All Inclusive as advertised. Oh and vegetarians please note that çli köfte is not Falafel as advertised. It is filled with mince. And the foods aren't labelled very well.

  Nice Hotel, nice service. I Recomend

  First of all, I wish to start with the personal. They offer nice service, personal is very professional and hard working. They do all possible and impossible for you. Bravo to management for finding and managing them. You won't have any problem with English or German. Place is very good for kids. My sons are 13 and 11 and they enjoyed it very much. The Hotel is much better in reality then it seams from the internet. Rooms are nice and clean. Internet in the room sucks but we are not there for internet. you can enjoy sea and pool. whenever u need internet u can go to the lobby. Food is excellent, I mean really excellent. U can have both, junk or healthy food, and both of them very testy. I recommend the hotel for family vacation.

  Nooit meer iets anders!

  This hotel was for me personally, by far the best hotel i have ever been to. The food was very good and it was never really busy during dinner. The staff of the hotel was very kind. Our room was always clean, and the rest of the hotel too. I honestly had such a great time in this hotel! I have been there 2 times and i had the time of my life! If somebody asked me which holiday was best, i would say 2 times terrace elite!

  Great resort, especially with kids!

  We stayed there for 12 days and travelled with 2 kids (2 & 5). Positive: -Staff is very nice & helpful and when we had a question it was immediately solved/answered. -Room (family room)- very spacious and clean and every day a new bottle of water in the fridge. The beds are very hard and the topper is not sufficient, but with the thick blanket (from the closet) it works. -Enough food/drink options throughout the day and enough variation (only missed the guacamole;). Not everything was included, but enough options/alternatives if you don't want to pay extra. -Pool- great little pool for the little ones- slides/bigger pool for the more older/adults. -Nice animation for both kids/adults. Music stops at 23.30 and if you are in the right wing youll hear it pretty loud, but I was not very bothered by it. -Beach- Shuttle service to the beach is great, you never have to wait more than 10min. Showers available. Enough sunbeds over there and always an option in the shade. Enough options for lunch. Areas for improvement: -You had to put the alarm clock to put your towel on the sun beds at the swimming pool. If not, there were no free beds left. Many only come to the pool in the PM, occupying beds without actually using them. There should be a system in place to prevent this. -Main food area is very crowded-especially during dinner there is a queue, so I always defaulted to the more accessible food options. -Food option at the beach is fine, but alcoholic drinks are limited to beer & wine, nothing else. A few simple cocktails to choose from would be appreciated. - Entertainment for kids is great, but too late. The mini disco stats at 8.45pm and some nights followed by a great kids eve which lasts at least until 10pm, which is way too late for the little ones. Think it can easily start at 8pm to finish at 9pm. - There is a gym area, but a lot is broken. Totally fine it's not the latest & greatest equipment, but make sure it works. There are some very easy solutions to maximise the space & increase the options without much budget involved. -Elevator system is veeeery slow and does not match the overall standards of the hotel -Wifi in our room was very poor to none, but in public areas it was fine. Overall we had an amazing stay and are definitely considering to come back.

  Good hotel - enjoyed our stay

  A bit late writing this review sorry - was just thinking of rebooking for a stay in Sept/October and realised I hadn't done one from our trip 22/4 - 6/5/19 (room 3314 I think). We really enjoyed the hotel - never had any problems when we were there. We spent the first day at the pool but then found the beach on day 2 and absolutely loved it (and the breeze) so spent the rest of our holiday there. The beach is absolutely stunning and goes on for miles and miles. The other areas of the beach are very busy but the hotel has it's own section with a bar and restaurant for lunches. We never had to wait more than 5 mins for the courtesy bus - it was great. The hotel is bright and modern throughout. Our room and the rest of the hotel was spotless. Food was always good with a good variety of items. My other half is a veggie and he always found something he enjoyed to eat. Management were always walking around the hotel which is a good sign but there was really no need as the staff were more than competent on their own. We found all staff friendly but 2 in particular stuck out for us, Sultan in the restaurant and Seyho at the beach bar/restaurant. They were always smiling and at the top of their game. Excellent staff members. We will definitely return to this hotel, hopefully in the not too distant future (maybe even within the next two months).
