    A great stay.

    Whilst on our SOuth Island trip with friends from the UK, we stayed twice at Terra Vive, not large, but super comfortable plus a good walk into town. Very comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and well designed kitchen including a washing machine and dryer - great for weary travellers!.

    great apartment everything was super clean, great management. Would stay there again. Walking distance to the cbd (About $9 uber, also on on bus route), one double bed 3 singles across 2 bedrooms, tv in both bedrooms & main room. Sky tv kitchenette, with washer and dryer. Plus a spa bath

    Dont Stay here!!!

    This is definitely not a luxury apartment. Room was fairly run down, when showering the whole bathroom would get wet, no divider between the shower and toilet. On top of this, as I wrote the same feedback on Expedia the owner has charged me $100.00 to my credit card for damages - emailing me saying that we left oil stain and blood stains on the duvet, which is completely a lie. When asked for proof via a photo, nothing provided. Dont stay here!!!

    Highly recommend!!!

    Excellent stay!!! Value for money. Comfortable bed, very up to date modern room. Huge bathroom!!! Loved the washing machine and dryer in room. Cannot fault this room. Lovely friendly gentleman at reception.
