No es lo que se ve en internet !!!
De "Spa" no tiene nada, la piscina no es muy limpia.... se ve hongos, no me daba mucha confianza meterme a la piscina. En la habitación la tv no tiene ni cartoons para los niños y el mini bar da pena. En el baño las puertas de la ducha era súper sucias con restos de detergente y sarro al igual q el basurero. No limpian bien! Las personas que atienden son simpáticas pero la comida que sirven no es para un hotel de 4 estrellas. No volveré, hay mejores por ese precio

Maybe I'll give you another chance next year
Dear friends! I start with good impressions. The hotel has a great location. A few steps to the beach and good restaurants and a café opposite the hotel. If you want to go to the city for a walk or a 11-hour bus stop right in front of the hotel, the higher floors offer wonderful sea views. The bed is old but relatively comfortable. The bathroom is big enough, right. One night in the hotel we had dinner, the kitchen was good, but tiramisu would never be ordered. It was awful. The staff are nice, they are helping you, only a few speak English Unfortunately, there are bad experiences The breakfast was unanimous for 1 week and we never had fresh tomatoes or other vegetables. If you go after 10 o'clock, there are only leftovers that will not replace the food. And coffee ....... I've been to Italy for many years, but I've never been drinking such bad coffee. You better drink at the Central Café in front of the hotel There is also a problem with the pillows. Hard, not comfortable. Now a big thank you !! Thank you, young lady who led the staff at the meals. His nice smile, his helpfulness made our day more beautiful and he spoke English well. Finally, if I am complacent, but I recommend it.

Great stay!
Only stayed for one night but couldn't have chosen a better hotel while visiting Rimini! We had great service right away with the ladies at the front desk, who were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and calling a car service. The hotel is in a perfect location, on the beach overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It is surrounded with great local restaurants and shops as well as many friendly faces! There were 6 of us in our group and our rooms were accommodated perfectly with just enough space! Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Very disappointed by this 4 stars hotel
To start the reception is very cold not as expected in Italy, it seems that your arrival is not desired! If the room is correct it is not worthy of a 4 star and the wellness kit is, except the bag, a bathrobe that has already be used and been washed a lot Lunch is to be reviewed from top to bottom because it consists only of industrial products. Only the coffee is ok. Finally do not wait much help to park your car, fortunately there are places where you can park freely. Well I do not recommend this hotel!

Don't book there!
Unfreindly and not customer oriented. I cancelled trip few days before arrival due to privat reason. Hotel charged whole amount of money! That's realy not cuntomer freindly and i will never ever go there,
