  Quality confirmed once again

  After exactly one year we visited Terme Jezerica, for the fifth time. The quality remained of a high level, starting from accommodation, pools, food, service and cleanliness. Hospitality of the staff is excellent. Ive read some reviews where people complain about the temperature of the water, particularly in the big outdoor pool. This is the thermal spa, so! And in winter it is certainly pleasant to plunge into warm water. However as an experienced guest, I have a few remarks: - last year new mattresses were installed. True, but both beds in our room were creaking terribly, even when we just sat down. - still no safe and a small fridge in the room. Some guests would certainly be ready to pay a small sum for the fridge. - the beside lamps remained useless: as new mattresses are very thick, the lamps are placed too low. - on the balcony some device could be installed for drying towels and bathing suits. - as for food, quality is very good, the choice acceptable, except that, in comparison with last year, fish was served only once, for lunch. Last year fish was on menu every day. Of course, these few disadvantages wont prevent us from coming again.

  Management vind rust gasten niet belangrijk

  The swimming pool is excellent and the wellness is also good. But if you stay here in the weekend don't except to sleep well. We had 2 nights that the hotel hosted a party which went on till 5h00 in the morning with loud music. When I asked after the first night if this was normal, they told me management knew that it would upset people, and simply don't care about their hotel guests. It is a shame because the serving staff self are really friendly and work hard to make the best out of it. So I would give the management only one star, and hopefully they will improve.

  Great place for a short break!

  Not far from Zagreb. Several pools are located here, including one for small children, with slides. There is a warm geyser in one pool, they are very nice for a massage. There are two jacuzzis in which you can also relax for a bit. The area was very clean, there were spacious closets in the dressing room, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Always recommendable

  first, I would like to wish all the people who have read my reviews good health and strength to overcome this terrible crisis! We had luck to visit the Jezercica Spa for the 6th time in from marc 9th to 14th. Shortly, I can only repeat: cleanliness, behavior of the whole staff and the pools deserve all the merit. There were not many people in the hotel during our stay, so we had plenty of space, but I wish the management to get back to the "old" number of guests as we remember from previous summer visits. Hold on people, we hope to get back!

  Weekend retreat

  We spent a weekend in Terme Jezerica. Rooms were clean. Matresses very good. Wellness affordable with several saunas. Pools hot and not too crowded. Suitable for families with children or quite couples weekend.
