  Excellent hotel for its category in Baile Felix!

  After going for years to International I decided this year to try Termal. Excellent choice! Good hotel and clean, excellent reception staff ready to accommodate your requests by going above and beyond. Many Thanks to Carmen and her colleagues for making my staying a wonderful experience. One single aspect may bother some tourists - while I was there the hotel organized a medical conference and all common halways spaces were full of materials from the conference. Not a great tourist experience general, but did not bother me. I think those events should be organized in special room without impacting the hotel tourists. This is the only aspect I'd suggest for the hotel to improve. In the last day I lost my earrings, guess what?! The lady from the spa took the one she found to reception and the other one was still in the room I was in. Let's face it, is not a 5 star hotel (nor claims to be), but my experience was excellent, including the spa and restaurant/pools. I had the best meatballs soup at the hotel restaurant(local 'ciorba de perisoare'). I am planning to go back next year when I will visit Romania again, highly recommended!

  a clean hotel

  It is a clean hotel and not much to tell. Even if it has 3 stars it doesn't mean it has to look like Communism hotel. I am convinced that at a pension the conditions are much better at the same money. Food is commonplace and full of calories. The only appreciable thing is the courtesy of the staff

  Very satisfied

  The rooms are very clean, every morning the sheets are changed. The stuff is very friendly. The food is very good. The prices aren't very high. The water from the pools is changed every evening. We are very satisfied about this hotel.

  Good services

  The hotel is renovated, is very clean with wonderful staff. The food is good according to 3 stars hotel What I disliked: - the beds are small with hard mattress - very loud music during meals (especially at dinner) and at the pool - no chaise lounge at inside pool - 4 stars price

  Great place to relax

  A lovely and warmfull place to stay. The hotel staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and every day the towels are changed. The food is very good, various and plenty. The pools and the spa center are very well situated and all are very clean. I recommend it. I will return there.
