  Un hotel que no recomiendo a nadie en la guía que nos dio la agencia aparece como de cuatro (4) estrellas, pero posiblemente le sobraría una de tres. -El ascensor solo sube a la planta siete -nos alojábamos en la duodécima (12). -Si llueve y allí lo hace, la calle se inunda y hay que llegar prácticamente nadando, a nosotros nos ocurrió eso. - El ascensor no tiene puerta interior. - El servicio de restaurante deja mucho que desear -non querían darnos de cenar por llegar tarde debido a la inundación-.

  Fairly typical Turkish business hotel

  Room Very hot when i checked in. Aircon took a while to bring it down to manageable temperature. Decent bathroom. On the whole i would describe it as adequate and functional but not luxurious. If you are travelling for business or on a budget it's fine.

  Good location, helpful staff, pleasant spa, good value for what you pay.

  I was surprised to read reviews which are critical about this hotel. I stayed here 5 years ago. I had a good impression. So I stayed again this December. And it was a very pleasant stay again. When I made a reservation by telephone , I said I wanted to stay in the same room as 5 years ago. The receptionist Mr Tunc checked and found out the exact room number! 1.Location is perfect This hotel is close to the center and also facing a large park. You can walk to Yeni Kapilca( famous hot spring) through the park.( I recommend you to come back by taxi, because you may catch cold after the bath in winter). You can walk to Sakarya street, where there are good fish restaurants. 2. Hotel staff are helpful They were ready to provide information where to go in Bursa. They arranged a car to go to Mudanye port on my way back to Istanbul with a reasonable price .All receptionists were helpful. Also restaurant staff are pleasant . When I told that the restaurant was rather cold during lunch time( Turks are used to low temperature) ,they warmed the place the following day. 3. Spa adds a value to the hotel Sauna with a view of Bursa, steam bath, the swimming pool, a large bath( hot spring water), jacuzzi and gym are useful for relaxation. 4. Comfortable room. I stayed in a suite room facing the park. I do not deny that rooms are a bit old. But it is comfortable and spacious. It was clean. Suite room ( including a junior suite ) is a good deal for a bit more expense than a standard room. 5. Reservation I recommend you to reserve directly with the hotel. It is much less expensive than reserving through agents.

  Good but

  I have booked this room using booking.com for a good price when i want there with my family we booked 2 tribble rooms they said that the tribble room is only for 1 person and you can't bring more !!! So we talked to them and they agreed but they wanted us to pay more for each extra person except that the hotel was really good and it's behind luna park and shops and the breakfast is really good and the stuff was super helpful and he was speaking english

  Good hotel but the breakfast definitely not

  Stayed there for one night and didn't have the chance to explore it. I didn't see any problem in the room and it was clean. But at the breakfast, everything that I ate was clearly stale. I was not looking to criticize it but whatever I tasted my reaction was "what the ...."!?. Staff are helpful and polite.
