  Buen gusto a la italiana

  Nos alojamos en esta tenuta (masía) durante casi una semana en pleno Agosto. A 5 minutos de la bulliciosa Gallipoli puedes disfrutar del campo, el sol y la comida del Salento en plena tranquilidad. Más que una masía. Ideal para familias con niños. Desayuno delicioso con productos propios. Los bungalows son un guiños a las casas típicas de allí: i trulli. Totalmente aconsejables. Recorrido fitness entre arbores de fruta a disposición de los huéspedes.

  Lovely family friendly hotel

  The staff are very friendly and caring, they go out of their way to help you. The place is a family run hotel/farm and is very suitable for families with children, safe, quiet, and relaxing. The resort might look a bit dated but cleanliness compensate for it.

  Nothing couldn't have been better, simply flawless!

  Taking in account that we arrived few days after the Tenuta opened its doors for this unique, post pandemic season, minor hiccups could have been expected. We have never been so wrong. The entire place, its gorgeous park and the fabulous suite we have been given, were in an impeccable and hyper clean condition. Moreover, only few other guests were there in the first couple of days, granting us the terrific privilege of enjoying the entire property (swimming pool included) on our own, as it was there only for us. The suite "La Baronessa" is as beautiful as it is shown on the property's website. Though, no pictures do justice to the enchantement that its massive terrace offers at night, when breeze caresses the palm trees and plays with the chirping of crickets. The moonrise behind the not distant hills, with its orange-red light, sealed the memory of an idillic vacation we won't easily forget. Our kids loved to go visiting horses and cows after breakfast. More than once, we had to struggle to convince them to go to the beautiful and close-by beaches that Salento offers, as if it would have been up to them, they would have stayed in the Tenuta for the entire duration of our visit. Particularly noteworthy is the personnel's professionalism. Their politeness, courtesy, attention and passion for their job, made us feel pampered and loved. Without calling out names (as it would be unfair for those who were behind the scenes), it is a god's gift to know that a true dedication still exists. In terms of pricing, it is notable to mention that the Tenuta appears to be slightly underpriced compared to its direct competitors. Honestly, before getting there, we feared it could have been a scam, as it looked too good to be true. Though now, after our staying, we are extremely glad to confirm that it was worth every single penny we spent. We just hope it will stay as it is, as for sure, it won't be our last time there!

  Absolutely wonderful !

  Fantastic place to find peace and relax. Enjoy delicious food from the own garden and farm on the terrace near the pool. Super breakfast. Very friendly personnel. Spacious and clean apartments. Kids loved the animals. Remarquable : the garden features an impressive collection of scented roses. Tenuta la Baronessas garden must be a paradise in May / June

  I spent 4 days in this amazing place with my 4 nephews 6,7 and 10 years old and with their parents, (my daughter and my son with their beloved). I booked a double room in the so called Masseria : a wonderful room, extremely cleaned, very big and wide, with a fantastic view on the swimming pool. I simply loved it! The place itself was absolutely a Paradise! You could only hear birds singing all day. The Tenuta la Baronessa is surrounded by a never ending park, with a vineyard, a rose garden, and a part dedicated to horses and cows where my nephews used to go every morning after playing in the nice play ground right next to the dining room. List, but absolutely not last , a huge and gorgeous swimming pool where to enjoy the sun and where my nephews had a wonderful time: we all enjoyed this place so much that we almost did not want to go and explore the surroundings and the seaside! ;-) The biggest thank you goes to the personnel , incredibly professional and extremely careful towards all details and towards all our needs. Their politeness and passion for the job they do, made our stay unique and unforgettable.
