  A wonderful holiday with fantastic food

  We had a fantastic time at Tenuta Agricola Dell'Uccellina. Their restaurant was phenomenal - very good value for delicious homemade pastas (try the ravioli with local honey and ricotta) and their very own organic beef tartare. The beignets and apple, cinnamon and ricotta cakes were also super. They also make their own wine, which was excellent. The best was the 'Tango' - which comes with a sweet story of their horse, Tango, which stands alone in the field because it's too beautiful to be friends with the other horses! Thanks to our fantastic waiter, the loveliest man in Tuscany. Very kind reception staff who were always smiling and helpful. We hope to be back!

  Great Service / Excellent Food

  Wonderful location, 10 mins from Albarese Suite nicely apportioned, includes fridge, good bathroom, aircon. One review complains about no picture windows, but this keeps the room cool. Restaurant very good quality and nice mix of choice, although could do with a couple more fish options. We had a slight problem with a late night private party, but it was resolved quickly and the staff were fantastic about it in the morning. A bit pricy but recommended - we will return. Next time we'll go horse-riding before breakfast

  Feeling good

  In the midst of the Maremma region, finding a place such as Tenuta Agricola dell'Uccellino is no easy task, given the over-abundance of offers. This place combines the wonderful natural setting with sublime food and the courtesy and professional behaviour showed by personnel and owners alike

  A (mostly) peaceful oasis

  My wife and I spent one very relaxing night here. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking/cycling. The property is nestled between on olive grove and a protected nature area. The offer horseback riding as well. The restaurant prepares locally-sourced fresh food. The beef comes from their own cattle. The staff is very nice and hospitable. We stayed in a standard room (room 8), but it was plenty big for the two of us. The room is nicely appointed and the shower was wonderful. Probably the best breakfast we had during our week in Tuscany. The only downside is the road noise from the highway located about 1km from the property. Its not persistent and depends a lot on wind direction, but it is noticeable during the day - not at night. All around, a great experience.

  Meat lovers paradise

  Excellent restaurnat with a wide selection of dishes mainly based on the farms own brilliant beef. Their wines are also very good and service is friendly and relaxed. The rooms are very pleasant. Horse riding on site.
