  Great hotel

  Very nice and clean hotel, in the centre. Very good breakfast, every day 1 bottle of the water. Nice rooms, nice bathroom. Very friendly staff, good restaurant. Good wifi free of charge. 3stars hotel with 4stars standard!

  Great stay!

  Wonderful service. I requested for a cake for my partner as it was his birthday and they were very nice to remember that request even when we had early check in. Room was comfortable and had everything we need. Location of hotel is fantastic. Near to malls and central. Very worth it for the price we paid.

  Really excellent hotel

  Best location. Everything inside is new. The staff is very nice. Breakfasts are great. Near metro, tram, bus. Walking distance to large shops, restaurants, theaters. Suitable for both business trips and tourists

  Good

  I was staying there 4 nights. I was shocked by how large is the room. Location is great. Since I entered this hotel I felt welcomed and thought my holiday will be perfect. BUT one moment spoiled my 100% impression. When I come to Russia I always eat cottage cheese on breakfast, with no exception. But here was no cottage cheese(could you imagine this in Russia). I asked reception do they not have it at all or dont put it on counter. Receptionist spoke with the kitchen and gave me an answer in the evening: Whenever you come to breakfast- ask our staff and they will bring you. When I came next morning and asked for cheese the girl said that they have no idea and there is no any cheese for giving me. I was working in 5 star hotel and it has never been a problem to provide something for guest upon request. IT IS SIMPLE GUEST SATISFACTION. They could charge me it if it is such a problem or if I knew before I would go to market and buy it for myself. Such a small thing but spoiled my overall impression.

  Very friendly hotel

  I stayed at TENET two days before the end of 2019. It is a new, very pleasant hotel just a few steps from the central square and pedestrian shopping area. The hotel modestly shows "three stars", I believe that it will fully match the hotels of the higher category. Modern equipment and helpful and dedicated staff make the stay very pleasant. I highly recommend visiting the hotel.
