  good location. polite & friendly staff. many supermarket and convenience store with stone-throw distance. beautiful nakajima park just opposite. very firmed bunk beds and each with curtain. good wifi signal

  Amazing Experience

  Had such an amazing experience staying here! The staff at Ten to Ten were so welcoming. They made my stay comfortable and they all had a great vibe. They had a lot of suggestions for things to do during my stay in Sapporo. The shared dormitory was spacious and the beds were really comfy. The other amenities such as the bathroom / showers / and washing machine were an additional bonus as they were all very clean and useable. Would definitely reccomend this place to anyone with a short stay in Sapporo. Thank you to the staff at Ten to Ten,. Thanks especially to Saori and Tatsuya!

  Cozy, Friendly and Exceed expectation

  We went here by car.There are many parking lot around the hostel but its also quite close to train station. 15 mins walks I think. The staffs are so friendly, very helpful especially, Mr. Hidetori. Room is very nice. Welcome drinks is also provied like 5 star hotel. Youll love this place.

  Loved it so much

  Definitely the friendliest staff I've ever met in a hostel! Everyone was so friendly and helpful as I haven't seen it before! I really appreciate every single employee so much! The rooms were very clean, and the beds very comfortable. Bathrooms and toilets are very clean as well. I can literally only say positive things about this hostel.

  Great staff and facilities. Tight to move around and stay.

  Yoko and the everyone in the team run the place with great enthusiasm and care. Always willing to help and always managing wonderfully in the bar with food, drinks and discussions. The shower and other common facilities are very clean and function great. Quite comfortable. Location is good. Small walk to main areas. The walk from nearest metro station is not that simple if having suitcases etc. but manageable. We were three adults and had booked a private room. Despite staying in shared accommodation and tight places in Japan, this one felt especially tight on space and inconvenienced on moving around between floors for bathrooms, showers etc. Room lacks space or height for 3 adults to stay properly. Head hits the roof at top of bunk beds with a thick wooden beam right above. For kids would be ok. But not for adults. Similarly, the layout of bathrooms and showers across second and third floors with winding staircase and then another level of change in slippers between first and second floors just makes everything more tedious to move around than it needs to be. We stayed in other shared hostels in Hakodate and Noboribetsu and previously in Tokyo and Kyoto, and layouts do happen across floors etc. But there was a logic to it. And the rest of it was comfortable - space in rooms, logical flow of facilities, ease of moving up and down etc. Not so here. Given that charges were as high as a triple room in a full service hotel ( we stayed in one after the hostel) this was particularly not ok. We are sure it is a great place for individuals staying in dorms and we would strongly recommend the place overall, but for groups of adults, or families, it would be good to keep the above in mind.
