  Situated middle of a shopping area

  The only positive thing is the hotel located near to Pratunam market. Room size is very small. Breakfast doesn't have many variations. There is an elevator in the hotel. however, the elevator facility is not provided to us. They were provided a small water bottle that is not enough for a day. Outside view was blocked by neighbor buildings.

  Rude responses from hotel staff

  I stayed with my family for 4 nights. Rooms and buffet was ok. But the staff in the reception are very rude. Specially a fat guy was not ok at all. They dont cooperate well and they shout at guests very rudely. There was heavy rain and I needed to get to the 7eleven shop nearby to buy some food to my 1 year old baby. I asked for an umbrella for 5mins. But they shouted at me.

  Good service, good location

  Staff are really friendly and helpful, location very near to shopping in pratunam market. Walking distance to 7-11 , Room was clean and nice. Value for money. Recommended this hotel to stay and shopping.

  Prime location but bad hotel management

  Very poor hotel management, we booked four double rooms for four days well ahead and we got agoda confirmed for it. But when we arrived to the hotel reception said they don't have enough rooms for our group and they said since we didn't pay in advance they cannot keep our rooms. I got confirmed hotel rooms from agoda and it clearly mentioned that payment should be done at the hotel lobby. Anyhow after waiting around another one hour she said she can provide us two double rooms and four single rooms. But these single rooms are in different floors. That was embracing, two members of family had to go different floors and worse case is there belongings were in a single luggage. If they cannot provide rooms as agreed through agoda, how we can trust agoda bookings. Agoda must do something for this. For saying about staffs, they don't have good welcome personality. It is now typical for most of the Bangkok people in hotel side , drivers shops and attraction places. I have to mentioned the waitresses at the bar at dinner. We had our last dinner at the hotel restaurant. When we call for waitresses to order something she replied the word "what". May be she doesn't know how to speak, may be she was not in a mood to work. Apart from bad side, I have to mentioned the good sides. Location is good for shoppings. rooms are cleaned everydays. breakfirst is good and value for money.

  A welcoming hotel in the heart of Pratunam

  I stay very often. Around 8 10 times a year. The hotel is convenient as per my requirements. All the staff are very helpful friendly and welcoming. Specially P Uthen, the security officer who goes the extra mile to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests. Is open to communicate with and is very helpful. If anything I would like to see an improvement in the housekeeping.
