The receptionist is not helpfulMe and my boyfriend went there to check in last sunday, and we are asking of could see the room that is available. The lady only showed me the brochure, i ask politely if we could personally see the rooms. She said its not allowed cz theyr fully booked..?? Sunday? No cars or any vihicles in the parking area?? Ok then, so i ask if we can atleast see the area where our room will be located.. then again she bluntly told me that i can only see the room during my check in time. Its only 10am in the morning and the check in time is 2pm... i dont know whats their problem why they dont want to assist us or show us the place.. ive been to a lot of resorts and hotels and yet this is the only resorts that has that lame policy.. or its just me and my boyfriend they treat poorly... the girl is so unpleasant... snob, and lazy!!

Amazing place to relaxVery amazing scenery, amenities are good and foods are delicious. Aside from its collection of beautiful mountains, it also has a number of nature retreats perfect for those who are keen on spending time with nature without sacrificing comfort.

Team building and team relaxationThe place was perfect for some team building, rest, retreat. We went there with my office colleagues, about 20 of us with some kids and spouses. The place had lots of activities, the climate is just perfect, cool but not cold.

No electricity, no waterI am not sure how this can improve, but for sure, it has to...No electricity, no water. After our dinner (outside the camp), we went back to the hotel around 9pm and no water in the bathroom. I called the guard on duty and was told that they are running on generator. Electricity will be on by 10.30pm, but it was off again by 11.30pm until around 10:30am the next day. Housekeeping was kind enough to bring pails of water in the room, but it was definitely not the most convenient thing if you have a toddler. Plus, of course, we want to take a bath before going home. Anyway, free breakfast was just right, nothing spectacular - choice of tuyosilog or longsilog. Try their turones with ice cream for merienda, it was good. We had dinner outside. Toiletries provided is just basic - soap and shampoo only. No free bottled water and coffee in the room, but there's a water dispenser at the common area in the glasshouse. We got one room in the glasshouse - Queen bed, a bench, clothesrack and a table. It was spacious, a plus if you have a toddler. Housekeeping and the kitchen staff were all pleasant and helpful. Their team building area seems well-organized. It was a rainy stay so we didn't get to try any of their team building facility as well as the available activities. We would definitely want to go back this summer but a little worried about their electricity as it was really inconvenient.

Nature getawayA good place to chill and reconnect with nature. (no cellphone signal ) The long drive/commute is worth it, once you arrive to the breathtaking taking view of the camp and they serve good food in their restaurant as well.
