  Run away from this "hotel"

  We stayed a couple of days in last December and we were very disappointed by the quality of the service. First, the TV was not working. After asking for repairing it, it was not working properly at all (only few local channels available). Then, almost everyday the waitress tried to negociate if she had to clean our room or not? Unbelievable in a "normal" hotel. It was extremely embarassing to have to ask for such a service which is normally included in every European standard hotel. Also, after 1 day staying in the hotel, the elevator was not working anymore (and it was not repaired until our departure from the hotel). One problem additionated to another problem makes that at the end of the stay, you can't be satisfied. The last but not the least, when the team asked us to pay 2 days before our departure for the total amount of our stay, we were charged incredibly for our dogs : our 2 small dogs paid the same price as we paid for us. It means simply that it made more sense to rent an additional room for our dogs than to pay twice the price for a single room. This is not serious really, even in a five stars hotel in the middle of Paris you would not have been charged like this for 2 dogs. This is a shame to treat customers such a way. Choose another hotel if you would like to visit Bratislava.

  Don't let the outside decor fool you!

  Dodgy from the outside, pearl from the inside. Looked like car dealership and nothing like a hotel the level we found out when we checked in. Rooms were big (!), clean and actually quite - if not luxurious - surprisingly pleasant. Guides to the upper levels were not that clear and the lights were dimmed which gave us the feeling it was not open. BUT once you find the reception and hear the upbeat music from the gym, everything was fine. Please note that despite being close to the airport, room was very quiet.

  Nice surprise

  It is not very easy to find as they share entrance with a gym and a car dealer. Parking is free. Located by the highway, not central in the city but fitted our needs as we wisited a festival nearby. The receptionist lady spoke good English and was very polite and friendly. Room was big enough and good quality except the broken shower rack and some wet spots on the wall. They offer free wifi. Bar was OK. Breakfast was average. Hotel was much better than we expected.

  Muchísima amabilidad

  Había tanta niebla que nos perdimos y no veíamos el hotel, aunque estábamos al lado. Llamamos al hotel e incluso fueron a nuestro encuentro en coche. La habitación muy bonita y grandísima y el baño también.

  Business trip

  The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the airport. Bedroom was modern with a good (queen) bed, bathroom was also modern with a nice shower. Hotel staff could speak english very well. Entrance of the hotel was quite easy to find, only strange that it is also the entry of the BMW dealer.
