  My stay

  The staff was very friendly and the room was a big double room. Close to metro station, this way you can easily connect to center Paris. The breakfast was not my style but you can alway go to shop on the corner and buy fresh baguette.

  Good choice

  This accommodation met our criteria. Family room, car parking, central Paris (on the edge really), transport hub and good road link to the coast. (There is an additional parking fee). We walked each day with our children to and from the La Defense metro, about 15 mins. Line M1 connects to most tourist locations and others need just one change and is fast and efficient. There is a supermarket just down the road a local artisan bakery and kebab shop for provisions. During our stay there was also a small farmers market twice during the week we stayed near the supermarket. The rooms were cleaned every other day. However, everything in the room is now slightly scuffed and worn. The room shape in the corner not exactly to our liking. We could live with these imperfections and overall a good experience.

  Just Okay

  The room was spacious and had a lovely comfortable bed, big television and a dining table. The room also came equipped with a kitchen but it was disappointing: - washing up liquid left but no sponges or cloths to wash up with. Had to leave the dirty plates - The kitchen smelt quite bad so I'm not sure it's cleaned properly - very old dishwasher provided but no tablets - dishwasher was not emptied from previous guest The shower also leaked a lot onto the floor and only had hot water for around two minutes before getting cold. There is a free fitness centre available but all the equipment is extremely old. I dare not use the majority of it. Overall it was okay but really needs some updates and better cleaning.

  OK for my needs

  Business trip to Paris. This was the closest I could get to the meeting inside my allowance. Hotel is a fairly high-rise, my room was on the 10th floor. Some traffic, but you hear nothing that high up. View from room across a nearby cemetery, completely dark at night. Even though they had an American flag flying 24/7. Hotel staff spoke limited English, but my French is much worse, so it went OK. Hotel was said to offer some sort of breakfast for an additional fee, but with a Monoprix barely a minute away and a huge Auchan right next to The Grand Arch, 10 minutes walk away, who needed that? Grand Arch is also from where I took the Metro 3 stops to my meeting. Room had a nice little kitchen with a small supply of cooking gear and a fridge. I had no problems using that. Some cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, but the French still smoke a lot! Not in public transport, however! Many channels on the TV, but only CNN did not speak French. Even Discovery was voice-over!

  Very poor and run down

  Probably one of the worst places Ive stayed at. The first room they gave me had mould and water dripping through the light in the ceiling. The second room wasnt much better. The bathroom wasnt clean and it was completely run down. The smoke detector was removed from its fitting. The reception had water pouring through a light. The place is a death trap.
