I COULDN'T CHOOSE A BETTER HOTEL! GREAT EXPERIENCE!I felt at home since my check-in! the guys at the reception gave me a very nice welcome; they are really lovely and they gave so many informations about the city and events ... even better than google :) Rooms are comfortable and clean, you have all what you need. Of course it's not a 4 star hotel but trust me... you really feel at home there. Reception is open 24h, wi-fi works perfectly and you can have a very tasty breakfast. it's not straight in the city center, but you can easily walk there in 13 minutes (which gives you a chance to see the city). I don't like to walk but I can tell you the distance of this hotel to the center was really ok even for me :D I definitely will book again here next time I'll go to Vilnius. thank you guys for making my holiday a very special one!

Basic but with a brilliant service!I stayed here for two nights with my partner and other family members. The price was very good, and the location decent - 5 minute walk from a huge supermarket, and 15 minute walk from the Old Town. The room was big with a nice room temperature so we did not freeze, but it was also quite basic, providing guests the most necessary things such as towels, shampoo, shower gel, drinking glasses, a fridge and a TV. However, our towels had yellow spots on them, and the duvet on the double bed was not large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. It would have been nice to have had cups and a kettle in the room so we could make a cup of tea before bed. Also, throughout the day and evening we would hear strange noises that sounded a bit like two people were getting a bit too cosy if you know what I mean. I believe, however, that these noises came from the pipes of other bathrooms. For breakfast there was a variety of breads, toppings, fruits, cakes and juices to choose from but the dining room was a bit too small - especially if more than two rooms were downstairs at the same time. Also, the tables were very uncomfortable to sit at because of their small size. I constantly hit the table legs with my knees, causing the whole thing to shake and spill coffees and tees. I suppose for the price Telecom Guest House is quite a good place, still. The service definitely made our stay more comfortable as the receptionists were always very helpful in giving us guidance and advice. It was probably one of the best services I have ever received to be honest. I truly thank them for that. So all in all: cheap, basic but with brilliant staff! Worth staying at if you're in town for just a couple of nights.

RecommendedThis hotel isn't the most luxurious you will stay in. Indeed it was a bit more like a hostel than a hotel. The bath needed a good scrub and as other reviewers have stated the quilt for a double bed was too small. Also, there were no safes available at all. But that's enough of the nit picking. It is situated 15-20 mins walk into the town. It has a happy feel about it. The girls on reception and the cleaners were EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY. I asked the receptionist if she could recommend sites of interest to visit and next morning a large written itinerary awaited me all numbered and also clearly marked on a map. We paid 40 per night. I would be happy to recommend this hotel/hostel.

This small hotel is very goodAt the moment the hotel is closed for major re-contruction.. No date as to when this might be completed. Telephone not available. when it is open the breakfasts are excellent;the rooms large. It is on three floors; but there is no lift.

Clean cheap hotelPleasant couple of nights in Vilnius with helpful reception staff and plentiful breakfast. Uber ride was approx 4 to city centre. If you are parking a car and leaving on a weekday you must alert reception beforehand to avoid being blocked in by half of the Lithuanian government in the building next door!
