  Worst hotel ever

  I paid for a monthly rate and really wish I had picked another hotel. Rude, uncaring owners. 39 below and heat turned off and one of them argued with me, heat wasn't fixed for 2 days. Dripping liquid from ceiling apparently 'not a problem and didn't need to be fixed'. Internet not connecting and was told it was complimentary with monthly rate and I could buy my own if I wanted better internet. Run down, grungy and overall dated and kinda gross.

  Very good location

  I saw the price online for $49 but when I asked the guy told me $52 plus tax. And when we checked I could get one room for $40 on booking but he made me a deal with the king size bed so I took it. There is laundry service in the motel. The room is spacious and clean. WiFi is strong. There is hot water and air conditioner. The motel is right in the downtown core. Its walking distance to No Frills and there are restaurants in the vicinity. Overall, I had a comfortable stay for one night. Just wish the owner was more honest.

  It's cheap for a reason

  This is basically a two star budget motel with easy access to the highway and downtown amenities. Don't expect much more than that. Noisy air conditioning fan, a bathroom door that jammed as it dragged along the floor. Of concern was the noisy group of clientele that bothered the rest of the hotel guests. Some people may feel unsafe in this hotel. Don't leave any valuables in your car.

  Bad experience

  We have used this place many times in the past. It used to be good value for the price. This time is was very dirty and management attitude extremely bad. There are lots of alternatives in Brooks. I will certainly find one .

  Total dump

  Room was filthy, food/who know what was all over walls. Room had extension cords running all over for power. One that had split jacketing on it and one that was a homemade cord that had the wrong type of wire on it. Hot water in shower didnt work, I had to go underneath the kitchen sink and turn on the shut off valve. Kitchen sink had no water. Light fixtures were rusty and had missing bulbs. Door jam was all cracked like it had been kicked in at one point. Overall just really run down. Felt kind of gross being in the room. We would have switched rooms but by the time we noticed all the issues we had moved all our stuff in.
