  Buen servicio

  Llegamos a Skopje y nos recibieron bien, el hotel no está cerca del centro pero hay un centro comercial grande a unos 10 minutos caminando, la habitación súper amplia y con todo lo necesario, nos dieron una suite muy bonita. La cena buena y el mesero muy atento. El desayuno un poco escaso de opciones pero suficiente. Bueno valor por el costo.

  Last minute choice

  For a 3 days business trip, I checked Hotels in Skopje. All fully booked . Our partner hardly found 2 rooms in TCC Grand Plaza hotel. Amenities , no slippers first night, after I asked they put in the room. Beds are not that comfortable.

  Nice rooms but....

  The rooms are perfect. Huge rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast was everyday the same. I stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast was always the same. But nice. The tables during breakfast, lunch and dinner were not so clean. They did not clean it after one has used them. Also there were some waiters that were really too bored to help you. The coffee machine was out for order for three mornings, which is quite strange for a hotel. I thought that they could fix it in one day. But not. They charged for the espresso in the breakfast, although there was only a bad quality filter coffee available. The reception was friendly. There was a lot of "misunderstanding" to what we thought we agreed for. for example: since we had a late arrival, we had asked for a welcome dinner package. There was not on when we arrived. The next day they said that it was their mistake and since we were supposed to leave very early and miss the breakfast, their suggested to give us a fairwell breakfast package (not available when we left).

  Lives up to its name

  This was the second hotel on our tour of the Balkans and we spent 1 night here. We were in room 207, which overlooks the nearby supermarket. Apart from the less than inspiring view, we loved this hotel. Our room was huge and very well appointed with a comfy bed and excellent bathroom. The breakfast selection was the best of the 5 hotels that we stayed at. A display in the lobby showed that the Manchester United team had previously stayed there, and we could certainly see why they would have picked it. A shame we had to move on after one night!

  On the whole very good

  This was a good hotel with very large rooms. However although the room was huge the two single beds were quite close together- they could have been a lot further apart. The bathroom was very big and had a good shower. It also had underfloor heating in the bathroom which was nice. However it did get extremely hot in there then when the heating was off it got very cold. There was not enough toilet paper and I had to go down to reception at 5am to get more. No one was there but a cleaner arrived and she woke up the receptionist who was in an office so she could help me. She was very sleepy and sent it up to our room. Breakfast was good.
