  Best location

  Very kind staff, Mr.Luka and Iraqli were great. Good location ,close to everything in the town.Restaurants, cathedrals just a few minutes away. Had a great time in this hotel, breakfast was excellent.. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms were very clean. We could not go to the upper floor due to a construction. Our view was facing a cathedral, but it was no problem for us anyway, since we spent our time exploring the city.

  Lovely people, great location, some attention to detail needed.

  As everyone else says, you can't find nicer people than those who look after this hotel. The location is excellent, so near Freedom square, the Peace Bridge and the row of restaurants in Erkkle Street. Inside the hotel looks good, the shower worked really well etc. A bit haphazard in some respects. We ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel which didn't turn up. We had a lovely room (302) with a great balcony with views to two sides but there was no furniture on the balcony to sit to enjoy it. (we borrowed chairs from the breakfat room so all good). There were no water glasses in the room which is really odd. It was nice to have the small fridge for supplies but not sure what the point of the kettle was given there were no cups or coffee/tea sachets etc to us it. So basically it was a nice friendly hotel which with just a few touches would be really good

  Would not stay at Tbiliseli again

  Pro: nice location Cons: The walls in the room were so thin that you could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. I woke up several times (even with earplugs). The bathroom smelled of mold. Apparently hotels.com do not state the correct room information. The breakfast was not included (even though it said so in my booking through hotels.com), the room had neither a balcony nor bathtub, and the room was 14 sqm instead of the 32 sqm stated at hotels.com. I wrote to Hotels.com and they said they would update the room information, but this has as of today not happened (three weeks ago).

  Perfect Location

  Location was central, just a stones throw away to any part of the main attractions in the city. Room was small and cozy, mattress was nice and soft, we had clean towels, slippers and serviced room every day . Bathroom- Shower area is too small, instead of being a triangle shower area, it should've been a squared shower area to get more space to move around or bend. I kept banging my arms to the glass door of the shower everytime i wanted to turn or bend. The breakfast was very plain and basic , I only ate the egg omlete from the entire spread. On the last day the lady even said there was no omlette, when i could smell fried egg... i was ready to leave without breakfast, but Gary at the reception was kind enough to speak to her in Georgian and ask her to make an omlette for me, she made one reluctantly and haphazardly. Gary at the reception was very welcoming and courteous and attentive to all our needs during our 3 day stay in Tbilisi, he deserves a 5 star for his service. Tamuna on the other hand only wanted to sell us her tour packages even though we had already pre-arranged our tour activities, she even wanted us to cancel our tour arrangements to book her expensive tours.. she dint speak anything else apart from tours with us. The owner of the hotel is a very jovial and a cheerful bald guy who was so happy everytime he saw us. He very kindly offered us to sit and have complimentary wine from them but sadly it was time for us to leave to the airport so we couldnt. The only downsides of this place could be- the breakfast, It needs to re-organised to some thing interesting rather than fruits, yogurt , cut tomatoes and cucumbers, cheese and butter. There was bread with egg and milk, but it was not fresh and it was served even the second and third day just because noone had it the first day , we could tell, because it was rock hard on the second day and third day as well. I only survived on 1 boiled egg and a small piece of omlette. Secondly the shower area of the bathroom needs to be a bit more spacious. I am average built and if I had problems, you can imagine a heavier woman or man with a bigger body struggling to have shower there.

  Wonderful Stay in the heart of Old Town

  We had a great package from Air Arabia Holidays and I am glad I choose this hotel. It was centrally located to all attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was decent, we stayed on the 2nd floor with a balcony. Towels, toiletries and slippers are provided. Breakfast was good. The hotel has a lovely terrace where you can stay and admire the overlooking view of the city while sipping your wine. We really had a lovely time. Tamaz, though he can't speak English fluently was super excellent, he was very hospitable and provided our every request. This is a family-owned business and I admire his family who is trying to make ends met and living a decent life.
