  Nice 3* Hotel

  If you will compare with service and stars, they deserve 4*. Hotel is old, rooms has bad smelling but as I sad as a 3 star Hotel, Hotel is nice. Breakfast was nice and lobby bar also. Thank you for nice accommodation.

  More than a 3* Hotel

  Friendly staff and service. Rooms are pretty old-fashioned and no modern equipment but everything was enough. Cleaning service was great. Hotel restaurant will satisfy your expectations ! The menu has many options and steaks are great ! Also had a lovely live music experience. Probably best hotel for a non-Russian | no offence :)

  Reception is a disaster

  After checking in I entered my room and couldn't find how to connect to WiFi. I called to the reception 2(!!) times and nobody answered (to add on I also work in hotel and know that it is 'must do' rule to answer after 3rd ring). Then I found hoosekeeping woman in coridor and asked her to call for me. She called and again no answer. I went down to the lobby and asked a girl why doesn't she answer the phone while it's ringing. The answer was: 'I do it only when I'm busy with the guest'. It's disgrace. She made me wait around 5 min and while waiting she didn't answer a guest'sphone call two times more. It's unacceptable for the reception staff. Except it I liked the hotel itself. Building is old but renovation has been done and everything looks pretty good and clean.

  the only real business hotel in Chelny

  Very clean, the kitchen is great, amazing! The stuff was very nice to me, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Hotel business service is the best in the city, the organization of taxis, bills and so on is very short and very professional. I'm there almost 5 times/year.

  Good to stay HERE.

  Good hotel to stay for a while. Highly trained personnel, welcome receptipon staff. Additionally want to share my impression about food and restaurant in a whole. Very classic appearance, Red wood, curtains, high skilled waiters - recommend to seat and get food.
