  Disappointing

  TashMahal used to be a good hotel however eith the recent popularization of the Hac Memi district near Alaçat, this hotel is now in a very noisy district. We had noise complaints (after midnight, as late as 3 am) all three nights that we stayed. No hotel staff is around afterhours.. Breakfast was included in our reservation, but drinking water at breakfast is charged as extra, which is unacceptable at a summer destination. Also, we did not have any hot water for 24h.. So overall disappointing experience. The only positive was the person at the front desk who tried to be helpful. She made a discount on our rate due to the multiple complaints that we had. Will not go back. Best to look for hotel away from Hac Memi / Alaçat area if you want a good night's sleep.

  very nosiy neighborhood and bad hotel management

  the street the hotel is located is very noisy plus the hotel rented its courtyard to a restaurant which plays very loud music till 1am on weekends. So there is no chance that you could sleep before 1. Moreover, at our last night, when the music did not stop after 1 am weekday, - I thought the cafe next door was playing the music- I walked down to lobby to see what was happening and I was shocked when I realized the reason I could not sleep. Apparently, the hotel employee was listening to music by himself at very very high volume!!! When I got really angry, what he said was I am legally allowed to play music till 3 am - which was not true. I strongly do not recommend this hotel since even the employees of the hotel do not respect its clients. The hotel did not have hot water for a day and I believe this is not an acceptable situation for a hotel this expensive.

  Great Experience!

  Great location! Very close to all atttactions. Very kind and friendly staff. Perfect breakfast! Rooms are very private and feels like your own place.We loved this place and we would definitely recommend it.

  Ideal for couples

  Nice, unforgettable and for relaxing boutique hotel TASHMAHAL.. Foods are delicious, rooms are autentique, weather is perfect. Try local handmade jams at breakfast.. Orange, aubergine, even milk Jam.. I am sure You never tasted before.

  Long weekend

  Great location, nicely decorated rooms, luxury breakfast... was perfectly meeting my expectations... I have stayed 3 nights, enjoyed every moment.. hotel staff was really helpful, very close to most of the attractions around. "Nuran Meyhane" which is hosted by hotel was also a great option to have traditional raki and meze...
