  Tarsis 2 bedroom apartment

  Even if we had a problem with the reservation when we arrived, I think is a very good place to stay. The staff was very nice, they have good food and drinks and the apartment was great. I recommend this hotel because we had a great time there.

  Great holiday

  We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the tarsis to say I was aprihensive about our visit is an understatement. All the bad reviews I'd read really unsettled me but I had absolutely nothing to worry about. We all had a great time. We were a party of 12 ranging from 6-72 years old and we all enjoyed it. I had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was spotless there was fresh bedding 4 times and clean towels every third day. Food was so tasty but then we are open to trying new things and if all else failed there was fried chicken wings at lunch and dinner. We ate out on a few occasions through choice not because there was nothing in the restaurant. Reception staff were always very helpful and any problems we had were sorted straight away (we were given the wrong room on arrival but it was fixed withing a few hours) Vili at the bar always had a smile for us and was really good at her job. Ellie the poolside cleaner was a wee gem, always happy and kept poolside clean. Yes there are a few things that could make the tarsis better.... A pool table would be great and maybe more then 2 drinks per person as we were a large party we found that a bit frustrating but I can also see why they do this as there is so much waste. Entertainment could have been better. I would definitely return to the tarsis but would go in August when all facilities are open. Found out that this is the first year the hotel is trading, they have done a fantastic job and with a few tweeks this will be an amazing place to holiday.   Never book again

  Booked with hays travel via balkan holidays. We stayed 08/09/2019 - 15/09/2019 and will never book again. When we arrived there was no cot for our toddler after arriving 3pm and going to reception and complaining 3 times it had arrived at 11pm(so good luck getting a cot for your babies) Food wise the resturant there was a wide selection of food and bery good choice for everyone. However ignore what the notices say in the lifts about the snack bar(pizza, wraps, sandwiches etc different everyday) this is not true all they had was burgers for 3 days of our holiday then it was sandwiches. Bedding only been changed once in all the 7 days stay we was there same as our towels(changed every 3/4 days) which a family of 6 of us use the towels fast. When you run out of toilet roll be prepared to wait 3 days for extra supplies to come. Reception staff was very rude when asking for anything and always huffed and puffed. Make a note when you do complain and what it was for because they claim you never been to anyone about any issues. Apart from that we made our family holiday as enjoyable as we could.

  Place for perfect trip

  Great place for family with children. The room are sparking clean. The beds were comfortable. The food was amazing and delicious. Animations for kids was wonderful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

  Not a four stars hotel

  Unfortunatelly the room was not the one we have booked. It was a huge difference between reality and pictures. There was also dust on the fridge and the room was not that clean. You couldve see a lot of dirty marks on the walls and dirty spots on the pillows they have left in the wardrobe. The bed sheets and towels were different and of poor quality. After the room dissapointment we found out that there was nothing in the minibar, even if they call it a four stars hotel. Also, there was no option to have a coffee in your room because room service is not available also. We had an all inclusive package and I must say the food they ar serving does not look like what they are promoting at all. There were not a lot of options. They have divided the restaurant in three banks, one with salads and fruits, one with some meat and the other one with grilled or fried stuff. After the first dinner we asked a lady to offer us two empty glasses for wine because we wanted to have them in our room. That was not possible as well because as they say, it is the hotels policy. In my oppinion, if you choose a four stars hotel, you dont want to drink wine from plastic glasses. We have contacted the hotel manager and the next day we had a chat with her. I must say she is a really nice person and she asked us to give a chance to the hotel. Meanwhile she sent some bottles of water and instant coffee in our room. We did what she asked and we gave a chance to the hotel but unfortunatelly I must say it is the wora experience I have ever had in a hotel and with an all inclusive service. For us afterwall it was a nice vacation but we had most of the meals out of the hotel. If you are a family with children I do not reccomend. Youll have your children starving because that food looks terrible. Also if you want to have a croissant in the morning I bet you should be there 10 minutes before they open because we had two breakfasts there and we couldnt have a croissaint. I loved the swimming pool area and the outdoor location. There are two swimming pools and it wont feel crowded. Also in the pool area theres the bar where youll find an amazing lady serving your drinks.
