Beautiful area, but....Ski lodge, yes. Resort, not even close. There are three buildings with guest rooms. We were in Targhee lodge. If you are staying in this facility, avoid this building. I cant speak about the others, but this building is awful. There is no AC, so they give you a fan to put in front of the window. But during the off season, the place is a hot spot for mountain bikers. Most dont stay there, they just come up daily to ride the trails. And because there is no AC in this building, you are awakened at the crack of dawn and hear every conversation going on in the area. And while you might be an early riser and think, who needs AC in the mountains? With only one window in the room, you get no cross breeze. Thus your room never cools off. They advertise they have laundry facilities, and they do, it is one facility for the entire place and it reeks of urine. You want to watch a beautiful sunset in the mountains, you better bring a lawn chair to set up in the parking lot because all of their tables and chairs are on the East side of the building. You know those wonderful fluffy towels you get at resorts? Not here. Those towels feel like burlap. Hence why Id call it more of a motel than a resort during the off season. During ski season this place might be great as a place to ski, eat, get a drink, and have fun in the snow for a few days. But this place is far from anything related to a resort. Beautiful scenery though.

A Must DoWe spent a few hours at the resort and had an incredible time. We rode the ski lift to the top and the views were some of the most amazing that I have ever seen. There are trails to hike on the top of the ridge. We saw deer and a fox. The resort was nice and offered a good selection of food. A must do!

Great relaxing resortMy family stayed here for 4 days and had a great stay. The resort is nice and the views are breathtaking. We chose this place because of the great price, amenities and because the website said it was close to the Grand Teton Park. It may be 15 miles away as the crow flies, but it is honestly an hour and 15 minute drive away which was disappointing to us. The resort has a great salt water pool and hot tub that we used every evening. It was wonderful and relaxing. We also took the ski lift to the top of the mountain which was so much fun with breathtaking views. Due to Covid, the restaurants were limited but they had an area that sold burgers and brats. There was a nice bar open, a general store, a rental shop and another shop with lots of clothing and gear. They have other amenities that we did not utilize but looked like a lot of fun. You could mountain bike and they would take your bike up the ski lift. They also offered horseback riding. Our room was comfortable and clean. They do not have air conditioning or refrigerator or microwave but did have a coffee maker in the room. We loved our stay here and would do it again!

Surprisingly NiceI enjoyed staying in this small resort during the visit to the Teton area. Service was excellent! The desk clerk was helpful and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was tasty. I recommend the bison burger. I would go there again!

Old but CharmingMost of the buildings were very old. We were in one of the old buildings. However it was clean. Views out the front and back were nice. The one restaurant called the branding iron, a pop up grill place, and the general store were the only places to eat so both nights we drove down the mountain into Driggs, ID. Rooms had very thin walls and we could basically hear the entire conversation of the 2 gentlemen in the room next to us both nights we stayed. Went on a challenging hike with great views. Seemed as though it was mostly set up for down hill mountain biking which is a sport that I was unaware of. Looked like fun but I don't need to fall down a mountain off of a bike.
