  Good for a business trip

  I stayed here for 7 nights. The hotel is centrally located. It's very neat and clean. Breakfast is very good. good view - Level 5 and above. Hope the hotel will have much better services once they complete ongoing construction work.

  The old Blue blue Hotel needs urgent renovations

  Hotel needs urgent renovations very old and very tired, staff very unwelcoming and attitude very poor especially when you have a dispute management do not want to assist, the only thing that gets this hotel to a two star rating is the breakfast

  Good Alternative to the more expensice beach hotels

  While attending a conference in Suva my colleagues arranged a group rate at the Tanoa Plaza, which had a nice cafe for breakfast and lunch - with several local restaurants nearby for dinner options. Small but adequate pool area and rooms were being upgraded. Enjoy the views, Fr. Bruce+

  Too Good

  What a fantastic set up! Tanoa Plaza has certainly taken it up the notch with their current refurbished establishment it looks and feels good and clean and very modern! With current pandemic making it risky to go anywhere, at Tanoa, you are greeted with Hand sanitizer and temperature check at the door! It just makes you feel alot more at ease! And you walk and have Laisa Vulakoro the Vude queen settle you in with her soothing music in the house just adds icing to the cake! Shejust knows how to rock the crowd with her tunes!The staff, as usual, were cheerful, super efficient, friendly and very welcoming. Top it off with the best house wine and accompanied with melt in the mouth appetizers that make you feel like you could go all night! Can't wait to have my friends over again. Awesome awesome awesomest experience Tanoa! Loved every minute thank you guys for the hospitality!

  PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Don't book here - book at Grand Pacific Hotel

  Cleaner premises from the last time I visited here in 2018 but horrible customer service! Music was too loud, brash and tasteless in the dining area..misfit against the new ambience they're obviously trying to recreate. Good effort. though. Take my advice, if you want value for money in Suva, go to Grand Pacific Hotel - a short walk away from everything exciting in Suva - better restaurants, etc. And awesome customer service - beautiful Fijian smiles. And try and travel to Savusavu - paradise!
