  Had dinner at the Feast buffet. Food was excellent, live music and great service. Mgr Natalie provided surprise cake for my wifes birthday and had the band play Happy birthday. It was a lovely evening Thanks

  A second class view of the sea and the beach area, which is relatively less crowded but really inconvenient for life. The best part is its close to the airport, however the four points by Sheraton is also close but offer way more hospitalities and convenience. The building doesnt look like a decent hotel at all for its lousy design both in and out. The front desk is very unprofessional, lack of passion or skills. The lobby basically provides no services since no one seems on duty during the free afternoon tea for the platinum members. No one to reach out for services. The concierge has too many foreign interns chatting around the counter where no one is willing to help with the luggages even if a car dropped by. The rooms are very very very far to reach because this is not a hotel but a residential building. Zero decency should be expected. Very unfriendly to platinum 75 members. You have to be lectured about the poor privileges they gave to you before you got your keys.

  My trip to Sanya for the Spring Festival

  I went to Sanya with my family for the Spring Festival this year. It's hot and wet in Sanya. We stayed Sheraton Sanya Bay Resort. I went to beach near our hotel, and watched the sunrise, catched crabs and picked up shells on the beach every morning. At noon, I usually ate some local food in Sanya, such as fish, shrimps and shellfish, which are very fresh and delicious. I usually swam in the seaside in the afternoon. The trip to sanya made me see the different scenery from the north and ate a lot of delicious food, which relaxed my body and mind. Sanya, I will come again.

  Wonderful stay with Sheraton Sanya

  My stay was memorable and all the credit goes the Gen Mgr Mr.Laurent Martin, Asst FOM - Mr.Howard Liu and Guest Ser Mgr: Ms.Annie Zhao. I would recommend everyone to stay at this resort and experience their hospitality.

  Short holiday before Christmas holidays

  Hotel in general is good. Pros: Airport shuttle, Private beach, large area, good breakfast, large children play area Cons: Beach not suitable for swimming, Toilet being used as changing room near pool, Not high rise, Not many options for lunch and dinner, kind of isolated area Rooms advertised as sea view donot have full seaview, its mostly garden view. We booked king bed but was offered Twin bed. Breakfast was great. But was very crowded. There is a shop mall in about 1KM. There are some restaurants but very expensive. Room service was ok. But not great. Coffee and tea were not refilled even after informing couple of times. We had some issues during checkout and the manager Justin helped to solved it efficiently.
