  ¡Tangiers es lo mejor!

  Este era nuestro segundo viaje anual a Tangiers. Nos encanta el hotel y los dueños Bruce y Arlene son dos de las personas más majas que conoceras jamás.

  Best place to stay!

  I have been staying at this Motel for the past 8 years,I love this place, the owner Arlene is so nice and accommodating. The place is very clean and the staff are so friendly, the beach is literally across the street and they have ping pong, shuffleboard and a decent size pool. I strongly recommend this Motel.

  Never Again ~

  My wife uses Booking.com almost every time we travel (and stay) since we always had very good experience (not broke don't fix it). We went to let the front desk to let them know we arrived, they advised us we could use the cafe bathroom to change into our bathing suits, when we came back (after 2) to get our parking placard the woman at front desk asked if we were at the beach and I replied "no we were at the pool" I was thinking she just was making small talk and being nice BOY WAS I WRONG....she then proceeded t badger and interrogate me saying we were not allowed on the property until we checked in...I was like ok, there must have been a miscommunication and I would have apologized for not knowing these but then the manager/owner stepped in and made it worse..as a customer who travels frequently we have NEVER been treated w/so much hostility and rudeness that I advised my wife to get our money back...THE TRUTH WAS/IS THAT THEY DID NOT WANT US THERE BECAUSE THEY WERE ACTUALLY LOOKING TO FILL IT W/WALK OR CALL INS NOT FROM BOOKING.COM TO INCREASE THEIR RATES FOR THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND....we left without a place to stay but it all worked out since we met the nicest woman at the Royal Sands Condos, they had 1 place (small but fit the bill for a short notice holiday weekend) and we are grateful that or trip was a beautiful success SINCE WE DID NOT STAY AT TANGIERS...it was bad mojo and the owner.manager should be ashamed of herself that she represented her business in such a HOSTILE AND ABRASIVE manner..NEVER AGAIN WOULD MY WIFE AND I EVEN ATTEMPT TO STAY, RECOMMEND OR EVEN GRAB A COFFEE FROM THEIR GHETTO RESTAURANT...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SAVVY BUYER WHO USES BOOKING.COM

  Beat beach vacation

  We grilled on the gas grill. It was so easy traveling with 2 small children. Management was terriffic. Masks were worn by everybody. Very safe. The pool is sectioned off for small children. All you have to ask for anything and it was provided.

  We come back every year to Tangiers Resort Motel, and love the staff.

  Check in is always fun and very smooth. Our room chosen always has 2 beds, microwave, fridge, full bath, and small table and desk in the bedroom area. It never smells like anyone was smoking inside (we love this). We love the location and can lock up our bikes to the railing. We did not find the bike rack this time, but it worked out fine. We like that the owners are present and around. There are 2 large grills on the patio for those who like to grill. The jumbo chess set has been cleared away to make room for very nice octagon shaped tables with attached benches on the sun deck. The shuffleboard on the lower deck looks very new. We have always had very pleasant and enjoyable exchanges with the owners, Bruce and Arlene. The lady working the front desk on Saturday's check out was very professional, kind and friendly. We have always experienced kindness and friendliness from each of the staff and have been coming each year. With Covid, housekeeping is limited. They really don't come inside to keep everyone safe. We received more than enough towels, had trash pick up, etc. All aspects of housekeeping went smoothly. Thank you folks for all doing a great job as always!
