  Filthy rooms!!!

  Hotel on the B side are supposing to be newly renovated. The room size is consider adequate for two of us however room is in terrible condition. Filthy cushion stools placed next to the bed, wall with cobwebs and think layer of dust! Window blind which is filthy, looks like never been cleaned since installation and faulty as well. Bed divan is wrapped with white bed sheet and full of stains. Bathroom door handle had a thick layer of wall drilling dust. Bathroom is spacious but very filthy! Bathtub shower area is full of dirt and dust which I wonder if they had done any cleaning at all, Half of bathroom area is wet once you showered as there is no blinds or divider. Not worth paying to stay in a filthy room! Stay at your own risk!

  Very nice hotel also for small budget

  Clean room and bathroom at a great location! They also have budget rooms (for 1500 NTD) in the basement. It's small but comfortable. Breakfast is included and you also have the opportunity to wash your clothes (for 50 NTD)

  Estafadores!!!

  Reservamos una habitación doble superior y cuando llegamos era una habitación enana, sin ventana y con un baño sin plato de ducha, tenía un agujero en el suelo y te tenías que duchar encima del water. Bajamos a quejarnos y nos dijeron que esa era la doble superior y ese era tu precio. Nos ofrecieron otra y nos pidieron 1200 dólares más, que si los pagábamos en cash nos la quedaban en 1000, por lo te esta es un truco que tienen ensañado para ganarse un dinero extra. Sin duda hay opciones mejores en la zona.

  Near the bus stop, nice staffs

  The hotel is quite small (for me) but can find by walking follow google map. Opposite to shu sian lang hotel. There are two buildings and two entrances, that can enter from the pier, or parking lot of visiting center. The room is clean as well as the bathroom. There are towels, shampoo, bath soap, hair dryer and toothbrush. Air conditioner is quite difficult to use (for me). The breakfast is american breakfast, beginning around 7am. Nice staffs here. When consider from those points and the price, this hotel is worth staying, even there is no lake view provided.

  We were bitten by bedbugs

  We stayed on 3rd floor, 2,500 NT$ The room is too old different from picture which posted in booking website. Bathtub is not looking good, flat on the bathroom floor, disappointed. We stayed at Tan Hui hotel only 1 night after we got up in the morning around 9 a.m. one of us had many red spots on arms and legs and she feel badly itchy. Next day another friend also very itchy and many red spots appeared on her arms and legs. One week later I began feel itchy and with more red blisters, just like my friends
