  Don't expect

  The hotel is ok. Pools cannot be used after the end of August and that's really a pity. The hotel should specify that. The view on the ocean side is really nice. If you need a taxi to catch a early flight better to book another hotel. I'm pretty sure you will enjoy your stay here a bit more during the high season.One of the staff was really rude but all the other guys have been helpful. Don't ever book this hotel during a national holiday! Next visit in Jeju... I'll choose another hotel for sure!

  Comfortable & Good Location

  We spent 4 nights at Tamna Stay. The Hotel built in the last couple of years or so is a comfortable, clean and modern tourist class hotel. Our room was reasonably sized and overlooking the seafront which made it quite pleasant - would recommend getting a sea facing room. Missing the small touches such as daily replenishment of toiletries, tea/coffee (tho' understand this is not uncommon in Korea). A good location for striking out for the Shore Road and only 20-25mins from Jeju-si. However a car is a must. Front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful - their reasonable English and our smattering of Korean meant communication was never a problem.

  Amenity of facilities compared to price

  The inside of the room is neat. Ocean View Room has the best view to enjoy the atmosphere with a cup of coffee.Good to take a walk on the beach. It also has a swimming pool for children to play, so it is suitable for a family trip. No disposable toothbrushes and razors are provided at all lodgings in Jeju Island. This place does not offer an inroom dining service. Room lights and air conditioners are only adjustable on the wall of the entrance of the room, making our uncomfortable.

  Chill-near beach

  The hotel is not the best but also not the worst. The hotel has a GS25 store next to it so it was great to have beer at a low price to take back to hotel and beach area. Would go back . Staff is chill. The hotel was full of couples.

  Run-down establishment in need of serious repair

  The room was hospitable for the most part, but its apparent the property has not been maintained in a while. The caddy in the shower was broken, as were the machines in the gym (which is in the same room with the billiard tables which made it terribly awkward to exercise in). The carpet in the gym was disgusting, and the staff growled at me for asking for drinking water which should have been in the gym in the first place. The outdoor pool was not functional, nor was the two smaller pools on the roof. The pictures on booking sites must have been taken years ago... Breakfast is an additional 15,000 Won per person, and we were very glad we didn't partake, as it looked like a sparse cafeteria situation, with hardly anyone in the dining hall. The view of the ocean was nice, but once you actually try to walk along the water, critters and insects made for an unpleasant walk. I would not recommend for a romantic stay, let alone a family vacation. Giving it 2 instead of 1 star because it was a relatively inexpensive stay.
