  Spectacular Place

  My family and I spent a lovely week in this amazing place. The zip lining was the best we have done anywhere. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Biking was also a lot of fun, and the views were breathtaking. One of our favorite days was out on the lake. We rented a pontoon and spent the day tubing and wakeboarding. It was fun for everyone, including my 81 year old mom.

  Amazing wildflowers

  We took the lift to the mountaintop in late August, and wildflowers surrounded us the whole hike down. What a thrill! I've seen a lot of wildflowers before, but these were really special. If you like wildflowers, this hike will amaze you. The lodge was beautiful, clean and quiet, so it was a very relaxing trip. Also, the hot top was large, nice and hot, and clean. Fabulous!

  Disappointed

  This review is for one of the cottages at Tamarack Resort. My family came for our first time for a 3 day stay. The cottage was cute and enough room and amenities for our little 3-person group. We were far enough from the construction that it wasnt an issue, didnt hear much. Definitely some run-down aspects to the house; broken blinds, broken window shades, awful shower head in need of replacing, but was nicely furnished overall. Nothing fancy. I must comment, however, on the lack of attention to detail by whoever is in charge of housekeeping and upkeep. The carpets and floors were absolutely filthy. If youre not going to shampoo the carpets in several years at least have a dark color or hardwoods throughout so its not so noticeable. There was a pair of someones shorts under the bed, a random blanket thrown unfolded on the closet floor, old washcloth in the washing machine and a cigarette butt (!!) under the nightstand. So you know, these things do not leave a good impression. At least the sinks, tub and kitchen were (mercifully) clean. We wont be back.

  The Lodge at Osprey Meadows is now a top favorite family vacation spot.

  We stayed in the two bedroom lodge. It was more then spacious to accommodate a family of six, and equipped with everything we needed. This vacation was an escape from from the day to day routine, and time to reconnect as a family. Our daily mission, was to fill up our day with outdoor activities, and appreciate the natural beauty we were surrounded in.

  The Perfect Ski Vacation for All

  Tamarack is the perfect ski resort for everyone! The slopes are perfectly groomed, there is a great ski school for those looking to learn how to ski or snowboard, the snowshoeing trails are great and there are so many wonderful amenities to enjoy, which makes the resort the perfect mountain vacation. In addition, I loved how cozy the Lodge at Osprey Meadows were and The Village is absolutely beautiful! I enjoyed the food at The Reserve. I will definitely be back in the future.
