  Friendly comfortable hotel

  Hotel Talizman is a very nice place. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. Its location is perfect, just next to the town centre. Rooms are of reasonable size, with excellent air conditioning (needed in the warm Hungarian summer), clean and quiet. Wifi is present but varied in quality during our stay. Breakfast is of good quality in a very airy and sympathetic breakfast room. We definitely have good memories of this hotel and will come back.

  One night in Talizman

  Nice, clean and cheap Hotel. Very central placed in town. Parking spot for cars and mcycles. They offer a Good Breakfast and all the staff offer Good service , is polite and helpfull. They give advices what to SEE and where to eat. Quiet at nights.

  Great place with amazing staff and food.

  We have been stopping at this place every time we travel to our home country and every time the place has been immaculate clean plus staff have been really polite,welcoming and helpful.The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is in a great location in town.

  Functional, well-run hotel

  We stayed in Kecskemet because we could not find a good hotel room in Szeged, and booked into Talizman for the good reviews here. Before getting there, let me drop a word on how surprised we were by the stunning beauty of downtown Kecskemet, with its art-nouveau architectural jewels, the synagogue and the Kodaly academy. Really happy that we discovered this place almost by chance. As for the hotel, when you arrive the first impression is not the best - the hotel is at a noisy corner, parts of it facing an inner courtyard that could do with some paint and clean-up. But once you are inside, all is fine. OK, the funky-kitschy decoration is not everyone's taste, but the rooms are immaculately clean, spacious, have good aircon (it was hot), are relatively quiet, especially if facing the courtyard, and the staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is OK - we've had better, more varied breakfasts in other Hungarian hotels, but there is also nothing wrong with it. And with 5 minutes walk one is in the heart of the Kecskemet's beauty. Next time in Kecskemet I'll book into the Talizman again.

  Great Hotel - Great Value

  Stayed here for a week in July and had a wonderful time. Great, clean, modern hotel. The AC works excellent and everything seems to be somewhat new. The breakfast in the morning is good, not huge offerings, but good value. I would stay here again! Close and convenient to everything in town. One piece of recommendation: bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap for the shower because the packets they give you aren't the best. Other than that, it is a well-run hotel.
