  FLUSH DID NOT WORK & NO ONE TO FIX THE ISSUE - POOR MANAGEMENT

  We booked 2 rooms for 25-27 jan with Taj Mahal Hotel that ruined our entire trip. Both rooms were allotted on 2nd floor towards the back side. The Door and Window of Room no 69 was right outside the AC ventilation fans which made it noisy & throwing hot air. WORSE - The flush of Room No. 70 did not work and despite of repeated complaints it was not addressed. Finally the plumber arrived and confirmed the issue flush issue. The manager decided to shift us from Room 70 by late afternoon on 1st floor splitting the family with a small child, hence we denied to shift to room on 1st floor and requested for room on same floor. The manager later offered rooms on 2nd floor which was too late for us as we were on a hectic schedule and booked the hotel only for basic needs. Highly disappointed. Be ready to face the poor management if you book this hotel.

  Excellent place to stay in the very heart of Hyderabad, Telangana.

  Taj Mahal Hotel, Abids, Hydetabad is an iconic hotel in the heart of the city.It is like an heritage of Hyderabad. Excellent large rooms with all modern facilities, very clean, very prompt and courtious service, excellent sourh Indian vegetarian food at very reasonable rayes. Excellent value for money.

  South India Flavours

  The place is extremely good for people and family that would like to taste South Indian dishes. It has a authentic food taste and unlimited Sambar and chutneys served. They serve North Indian dishes also. Location of restaurant is Good for tourists visiting Hyderabad as it is convenient by means of transport. Restaurant is Pure veg.

  Takeaway

  I visited the hotel to get some takeaway for my family, the taste was excellent. Its a very old hotel, as I visited the same with my dad when I was very young. Thank GOD they maintain the same quality and hats off to chef. Next visit will be with the family.

  Excellent vegetarian food

  The Resturent offers excellent south Indian vegetarian food like idli, dosa, poori with good chutney and sambar. Great ambience, delicious food, good service. Rawa Dosa was very crispy. Excellent filter coffee is also available. Good joint for pure vegetarian food lovers.
