  cheap ,clean and very friendly staff

  I have been there two times in 2012 , it's cheap ( almost 300 yuan), it's quiet , the rooms are clean with two big bed, the staff are so kind (especially the reception's girls and the manager "Tiger"). the hotel is located not too far from city center, so you can get the bus number 7 or 53 to the "city" (1 yuan for all the line), or you can get a taxi (almost 8 or 10 yuan). the hotel's restaurant serve different typical Lanzhou's dishes, i loved it especially the beef noodles and some sea foods it's good for the lunch. But in my opinion to have an amazing dinner you have to visit the night market (from 6 PM to midnight), it's a so colorfull area, there many stalls where you can eat very good and really cheap(30 yuan).

  Get what you pay for

  Stayed here for a month, unfortunately staff don't speak very good English. Rooms were good and warm, elevator had a few issues and parts of the hotel that aren't used were very cold. Restaurant at hotel offered good cheap eats, there is a place down the road with Lanzhou beef noodles! Also no washing facilities on site so you need to plan for washing. Wifi was not great on my Main Street side of the building, however hard wired internet was good. Also could smell smok from next door smokers which was a bit weird. A bit of maintenance needed in the room.

  A month in Lanzhou

  The Hotel is a training Center and used for accommodate delegations from all over the world, so it has few facilities for those interested in a normal hotel. I stayed for over 23 days at the hotel and needed to ask to clean and vacum my room because they do not do it frequently. There is no laundry facilites, no bar , no pool , no gym
