  Muy buena opción

  En general el hotel es muy bueno por lo que se está pagando. Antes de ir, leí todos los comentarios sobre el hotel y me parece que se estaba calificando mal. Si es un hotel viejo, pero la limpieza y el trato del personal son bastante aceptables. La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene porque estas a solo unos metros del lift. Las habitaciones son extrañas porque hay "poca" privacidad si vas en grupo pero si vas con gente de confianza esto no es un problema. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

  Muy viejo y dejado

  La habitación teneia un yacuzzi en el medio de la misma que la separaba de lacocina ventana de abrir de madera. La zona de coxina solo tenia pileta, microondas y heladera pero no habia ni tazas ni vasos ni cubierts. Los colchones estaban vencidos y habia polvo opor todos lados y ni halar del horrible olor que hania en las habitaciones. Una puntuacion de 8 muy engañosa. Para rescartar la buena actitud del valet parking siempre muy amables- Lo mejor sobre todas las cosas la cercania a los medios de elevación

  Hotel Antiguo pero mantenido

  Bien hubicado, cerca de las pistas de ski, buen servicio, bar,pero restaurante limitado muy buen Valet Parking Desayuno pobre, no es gran cosa, pero buen precio en general de las habitaciones Pedir apto, entran 4 personas

  Location, location, location!

  This hotel/timeshare is in a great location for skiers. It is a short walk to the Tram at Heavenly California base. That having been said, it is a very old timeshare property that has just been acquired by Diamond Resorts. They took over management on January 1. 2021. A lot of the rooms, as you will see in other reviews, are very funky. Big bathtub/soaking tub right in between the living room and kitchen/master bedroom (which is all in one room) I'm guessing this place was all the rage when it was built in 1983, with a BIG jacuzzi tub in the center. None of the jacuzzi tubs are operational any more, so it's basically a big shuttered tub to separate the 2 main rooms. I think that all of the rooms are basically one bedroom suites. In order to get a 2 bedroom, the suites connect with an entryway/mudroom. So there really is no "flow" between the rooms like you can find in a 2 bedroom lock off. The bedding is one queen bed and one large sofa bed. There are SOME rooms that are made for 6 people, that also have a murphy bed (!) There is a notice in the room that some rooms are being remodeled, so I was curious what this would look like. We asked to see one of the remodeled rooms, and they kind enough to give us a tour of a remodeled room. (Currently 24 out of 183 rooms have been remodeled), The remodeled rooms are night and day difference. Very modern, sleek, the beds are king not queen. Still with a sleeper sofa, and a "kitchenette" which is basically what you would fine in an Embassy Suites type room, but with a larger fridge. There is a microwave, small coffee pot, and still no actual cooking in the rooms. So in that respect, they are unlike a lot of the better timeshare condos with full kitchens. Better than a hotel room, not as good as a condo, especially if you are traveling with kids and want to do some of the cooking in your room. The parking situation is Valet only, and it can get VERY busy (we waited in line over 30 minutes last night to have our car parked, so the takeout we had picked up was ice cold by the time we got to the room). I don't know what , if anything, they have in mind to improve the flow of the valet parking, but it does need to be improved, IMO. All in all, after the remodel is complete, this should be a 4 star property. Ask for a remodeled room, unless you "dig" the retro vibes of the 80's!

  Great location, some nice perks and helpful staff

  If you are skiing Heavenly, the location can not be beat! The rooms are a bit dated and the beds are not great but during COVID, having your own private huge tub is actually quite a perk at the end of a long day on the slopes. The restaurant in the hotel has good food and there are lots of options for takeout closeby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Sara at the front desk who helped us with a room discrepancy at checkin. This property was recently purchased and is somewhat "in transition" so make sure you confirm your room type as the diagrams on the website are a bit misleading and beware of resort fees being introduced soon. Valet parking and ski storage are free, another bonus! We would stay here again if it doesn't change too much under new management.
