  No complaints!

  After I booked this hotel, I read a number of reviews complaining about how hard it is to find, and how it wasn't great value for money. Well, I have to say, I thought it was a very reasonable hotel. The bed was comfortable, the location was decent, the included breakfast was sufficient, and the front desk was accommodating. I had to vacate my other hotel, which was not very far from this one, and noticed after the fact that the check-in time was a bit later than I had thought it was when I had booked it. With some luggage in tow, I dropped in to see if I could sit in their lobby and at least get out of the heat. I was a bit surprised to find that there wasn't really much to their lobby area, but they were willing to let me stay and connect to the Wi-Fi, drop off my luggage and do whatever else I needed to before my room was ready. Once my room was ready, I was pleased to find a decently sized room with a good, comfortable bed, decent-sized bathroom, and large windows. It needs a bit of renovating and upkeep, but I was still reasonably happy with it. It served my needs well for the night, and I was grateful for their hospitality.

  Good location, nice room, great breakfast

  I'm really not sure why this hotel doesn't get better reviews. It's not THAT hard to find, look at their website where they have directions with pictures of how to get there from the station, and use google maps street view in advance so you can see where it is relative to easier to find landmarks and signs. Note that the reception is on the second floor, so you have to take the elevator up one floor to check in. The location is extremely convenient, literally a three minute walk from the station and near plenty of shops and restaurants. There's a convenience store a few buildings down and a 100-yen shop around the corner. The room was perfectly nice, the AC was excellent, the bed was comfy, everything was clean, the small fridge was convenient. I was staying by myself there the first several nights and felt perfectly comfortable in the area and in the hotel itself alone at night. I loved the breakfast, there was some muesli-type cereal, a few different kinds of pastries, and some rice ball and sushi things, plus milk, juice, coffee, and tea. You take the breakfast up to your room on trays, which I prefer, and I got plenty to eat and wasn't at all sick of the food by the fifth (last) day. The staff were all very nice and I found the price to be extremely reasonable.

  A reasonable hotel

  Low price, near the JR station, convenient neighborhood (lots of restaurant and stores) and friendly staff ! The only draw back is (1) the breakfast is wired. The food is in the 2nd floor and we have to go there to "take out"into the room and eat them . (2) far from TOKYO. However, it's a high C/P hotel.

  Comfortable room, location is a bit off

  If you don't mind spending 30 to 45 min in a train to get to Tokyo (and paying about USD 6 each way), this is a good option. Rooms are comfortable, it's very close to the JR station (about 5 min walk), there's a lot of shops and restaurants around. It's clean, staff is friendly and able to communicate in english. It would take you about 1h 45 min to get here from/to Narita Airport. If I go back to Tokyo, i would try to find something closer as I don't like spending 40 min commuting each way.

  Decent hotel in a good locality

  I stayed in this hotel for a month on business visit. From the airport take a limousine to reach tachikawa for 3600 yen. Hotel is just couple of blocks from the stop hidden a bit. Its 2 min walk from tachikawa metro station but takes around 45 min to reach tokyo city. Lot of restaurants and shops around. Hotel service is real good but i find it a bit odd to go to the reception to take breakfast and carry it back to the room since the hotel doesnt have a restaurant in it. All in all a reasonable priced hotel a bit far from city but in a good locality with good facilities.
