  lindo y pintoresco

  el concepto del hotel es bastante lindo, con sus cabañas sencillas y a la vez pintorescas y comodas, el baño estaba un poco descuidado, y bueno el gran sufrir de un occidental en la india siempre es el papel de baño, El idioma es un poco dificil encontrar a alguien con quien hable ingles como en casi toda la Isla, pero no falta el que intenta darse a entender con señas, cerca al hotel hay varios spas, los recomiendo totalmente. la comida no fue la mejor, le recomiendo mejor comer fuera del hotel. Del lado de la playa las cabañas tienen una vista hermosa al golfo con arena blanca y agua azul clara como si fuera el caribe.

  Comfortable

  Its a Club Mahindra associate property. The positives beat the negatives, and hence this place is recommended. Centrally located, with lots of bike hire shops around. Rooms are air conditioned and even though the power trip offs are frequent, guests are not inconvenienced. Rooms have basic amenities. Wifi is fine but limited to reception area. Phone call networks are good. Restaurant serves decent cuisine with both options - ala carte and buffet. The Venom bar, one of the very few bars in Havelock, is within the resort premises and has a good ambience. House keeping is found wanting. Need to give reminders for room cleanups. There was no hot water in the room and the problem couldnt be solved despite several complaints. There is no fridge in non-Lagoon rooms. Club Mahindra members may not like the place since they are used to pampering but if your requirements arent too much, and you are willing to accommodate a few irregularities, Symphony should be a fine place to spend your vacation in this paradise called Havelock.

  Average beach resort

  Pros: direct access to beach, decent restaurant with his room service and friendly staff Cons: no swimming pool, no wifi except at reception, rooms are very old and darkly lit, I could hardly see my clothes in the suitcase. Bathrooms also need renovation. No fridge in the rooms (very much needed in the hot weather). Also if you happen to get rooms on one end of the resort it is a very long walk to the beach end.

  Excellent Place - The Best

  One place which cannot be forgotten. Excellent resort with pvt beach access. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is very understand and supportive. Little high in-terms of cost compared to other resorts. Food - Quality and Quantity is the best and Restaurant manager was understanding and catering all the request. One best person who provide the best service. Will be back soon.

  Nice Comfortable Hotel with Misconceive name

  The resort is not actually a beach resort as it has 2 parts and one part is divided by a road and has no access to beach unless you cross the beach. Also on second side, the rooms are not exactly on beach and none of the room is facing beach. All rooms on beach side are facing each other and one need to walk to beach to actually see it clearly. Rooms are decent and comfortable. The best thing is this hotel is near all major food joints and one can walk to them Food at hotel is fine and nothing great. Again due to COVID issue and staff shortage them impact on operations was visible so we can give that benefit of doubt that food and operations will be much better when in normal circumstances
