  The perfect place to shoot an horror movie...

  as you soon as u enter the room devoid of any openings except the main door..what do you expect. the rooms are disgusting...no ventilation, it is almost claustrophobic. The toilet was dirty with fresh potty stains that was not flushed by the earlier guest. The towels had holes, stained bed sheets ...enough to put anybody off. Though the hotel had just 10% occupancy, the owner refused to give us another room. The breakfast was another traumatic experience, we stayed for 2 days. We went to breakfast the first day at 8:00, they told us breakfast would be served from 8:30 to 11:00. So the next day, we went at 10:15, then he told us why didnt you come earlier?? The breakfast is pathetic, better to skip. We ordered some dinner in the night...some T-Bone steak which was a rip off and thats the only thing they have. The electricity is erratic...black cats all over the place; outside your room, for breakfast. Prefect place for Hitchcock to shoot his next movie without an exaggeration.

  will never recommend......

  We had booked this two months in advance. We were in for a shock. We reached here on 16th Dec.in the afternoon. We had booked four rooms. We were in for a shock,the rooms were in a terrible condition,broken furnitures dumped in a unlocked loft in the room.,in one of the room's bathroom,the WC was dirty.. How sickening,we insisted on good rooms or refund,we were refused both. The guy at the front desk,believe he was the owner too,said all other rooms were occupied. To be honest,we didn't see a single guest there other than us. They didn't bother to clean the rooms the two days we were there, the booking said,breakfast included,more awful surprise awaited us. The breakfast was two itsybitsy slice of cheese ,two olives,one boiled egg and some hard bread, we were in for a rude shock,no fruit juice,no fruits,Only tea,no milk also. It was absolutely pathetic. There was frequent loss of power. We were virtually in the dark in the evenings.on contacting the front desk,only assurances,no provision of candle also. We ordered some room service one night,the steak was hard and rubbery,poor meat quality. All in a very disappointing experience and would never recommend. Property is located on a very good location other than that there is nothing good about it. Don't even think of going there,it spoiled our holiday. Bad experience......

  Terrible

  Electricity was not working and they could not fix bathtub.We requested assistance and they said they will work, but finally in-charge person left without any words of sorry. it was worst experience ever.

  Ordinary istanbaul traveler

  Very quite and comfortable hotel but in very hard location so you need a car for transportation, one great thing is the famous restaurant ( arora) is linked to the hotel and it is the hotel resturant , all the staff in the hotel and restaurant are frindley and hispotlety

  Charming

  Breathtaking gardens, amazing design, helpful staff. Very close to Ortaköy . Delicious breakfast . I liked the ottoman's style rooms . It's also connected to the famous Aroura restaurant and Cafe. Definitely I will come back again.
