  Playa maravillosa

  Hemos estado en el Sheraton Cesme durante 6 días. El tiempo ha sido maravilloso, lo que nos ha permitido disfrutar de la playa. La arena blanca y el color del mar (entre turquesa y esmeralda) es genial. El hotel tiene mucho personal, lo que hace que el servicio sea muy bueno. La mayor pega es que si quieres hacer algo más que ir a la playa o las psicinas/ SPA tienes que buscarte la vida. Nosotros tuvimos que alquilar un coche para poder movernos. Eso sí, tienes 2 agencias de alqulier en el mismo hotel.

  Hemos hecho el check-in con el señor Sebahattin de recepción y al comentarle que es nuestro aniversario de boda, ha sido super amable y nos ha ofrecido un upgrade, la habitación que nos habían dado tenia camas separadas y 30 segundos después de subir a la habitación nos llamo señor Sebahattin, ofreciendo otra habitación con cama matrimonial. Ademas de esto, cuando volvimos de la playa nos ha mandado un pastel en forma de corazón felicitando nuestro aniversario. He estado en un montón de hoteles pero nunca he tenido la necesidad de contar la experiencia porque mas o menos ha sido lo mismo pero esta vez no, nunca había recibido un trato tan personal y amable. Muchas gracias señor Sebahattin. Aparte el hotel es muy bonito y la playa es lo mejor que hay en Çesme.

  Extra Delightfull Holiday

  I should be giving more than 10 stars. Best food ever in a hotel; special thanks to executive chief, ground chief and all team. All staff are incredibly helpfull and wellcoming. You have a problem, they solve in 5 minutes, thats it. Do not hesitate chosing this hotel. There is live music at nights and main living area is georgious. Just chill out with a luxirious drink inside or outside.

  Nice beach - Nice environment

  This hotel is ideally located on a long beach with very good food and beverage service to the beach. Reception staff would benefit from English tuition. My comment - " my room key does not work" was met with a blank stare. Telephone was handed to me to talk to an english speaker Due to a lack of bookings the hotel decided to close before the end of my reservation and i was summarily told I needed to make alternative arrangements I was very ably assisted by the Front Office manager to find alternative accommodation Very unusual for a Sheraton not to honour a reservation

  Still the best hotel in Cesme area

  I was deciding between 3 hotels to stay in Cesme and chose this one. Great decision. Despite being pretty old it's still the best one in Cesme area. During our 5 day stay we visited the other two we were considering (Radisson and Boyalik) and to help other travelers, Sheraton is far better. First, and most important, it's on the central and best part of the beautiful Ilica beach. Private sunbeds and umbrellas on fine white sand are included. Hotel's beach part is very wide and easy accessible (contrary the other two). It has 3 wings, and kind staff accommodated us in the best right wing (above the pool) on the top floor with direct sea view from our terrace. Room is little bit dated, but nothing to complain if you're not that spoiled. Daily cleaned with everything you need, and still nicely decorated. Hotel lobby is big and very ornate. Fast check-in and kind help of receptionist Mr. Erdogan, very communicative and pleasant man, made jokes on his surname. Big pool, nice and clean, but who needs it besides such a beautiful sea. We had half board, which was this year different due to Covid. The rich buffet was displayed behind window stalls, but you couldn't take it on your own, but the staff did it for you. No limitations on quantity, while the quality was great, from soups and starters over the mains and salads to desserts. One day we paid for the spa, great experience. Cesme is well known for its thermal springs, hence the name. One of them supplies Sheraton with thermal water, around 42'C. There're 3 thermal pools - one with heated sea water and two with natural thermal of different temperature. Price is 75 TL pp (around 9 Euros) for the day (in and out as many times you want). Besides those 3 pools, there's hammam, sauna, tepidarium and private outside pool. Massages are paying extra. Covid measures were treated very strictly, with all measures put on high priority, which made us feel very safe. All in all it was a great stay, I would recommend.
