  Good place But

  it is a clean nice hotel , staff r very helpful ,dinner is tasty &aqua park is good but it is very far from beach , surrounded by many factories and small hotel,no entertainment show nothing after 6 you can do , beach is bad and is part of public beach beside. it is good hotel with nice family vacation but it's price is high regards to what they have .

  Good Package for families with children

  Pros: + Fast and professional check-in and check-out process. Also they managed to accomodate our request to have all our group rooms to be ob the same floor nearby each orher even we were all not arriving on same dates + Aqua park is heated and it is very nice for kids and adults as well. + Beach is clean and sea was with no rocks that we enjoyed so much. But note that you will have to take the hotel bus to the beach and it will take around 15 mins to reach there. + Room service was good. They provided 2 water bottles and the beach towels every day + Free parking inside the hotel premises. + They take care about health measures; all chefs are wearing masks in the restaurants, serving the people to decrease the contact with the cutterly, the provided cutterly on the tables are packed in plastic bags. We can see hand sanitizers everywhere + Most of the food tasted great and delicious. There were enough quantities. We really enjoyed it. On weekend there was too many guests for the dinner, the hotel prepared an open area to serve the huge number of guests. It was great point for the management + On Thursday abd Friday, there is special shows at night. One day there was a belly dancer and the other there was a singer. + Teda fun valley is an addon to the place where you can enjoy your time. Kids enjoyed the soft play area. And for us we enjoyed the VR games and counter strike. Cons: - Not having soap bar or shower gel bottles but instead a soap dispenser for washing hands and the other for taking shower. - Shared bathrooms are not cleaned frequently enough.. - Wifi is not seen at all in the room. You have to be nearby the door to be able to see the wifi network. But if you are sitting on your bed, you will not be able to find it. Our room was 217. - The floor around the aqua park is slippery and not clean, and it needs renovation - The main pool is not heated - Variety of food in breakfast or dinner is less than before - Pastries in breakfast are so bad. The only great thing was the cakes, they were available for 2 days but the were unavailable on the next two days - Points offered for Teda fun valley were reduced from 600pts per night to be 200pts per nights. However they reduced each game needed number of points, we were not able to play as much as we used to play during our previous stay. Also lots of the games need maintenance and management needs to consider that.. - The hotel is located in manufacturing area. So it is surrounded by factories

  A very pleasant hotel

  It was a good experience regarding hospitality, cleanliness and hospitality. We appreciate the helpful staff especially Mr. Mohamed Saad in the front office who did his best to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you Mr. Saad and thanks to all the staff in Teda Swiss In.
