  Good stay - fair

  Basic two room apartment. Location was good. Had access to Kuantan abd Cherating. Place was clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Living room furniture is a bit dated but beds are comfy. Generally, a clean apartment. Although if guests had floor mats, perhaps the place may not be so sandy after the beach... There was a microwave in the place but unfortunately no plates/cutleries provided. Good access to the beautiful beach. So generally, it was a good stay.

  Amazing

  The room is very nice for couples, very clean and spacious. Nice surroundings, near the beach, walking distance. Experience when sun rises. The pool area is great for kids, has a waterpark. The parking is so so ok.

  Just ok.

  We booked to stay at Swiss Garden Beach Resort but unfortunately they were closed so we were offered Swiss Garden Residence. We were meant to have been upgraded to a premier family room but it was pretty standard. Also, Swiss Garden apartments are next to privately owned units so you may get a better deal on Airbnb or similar. These units are apartments. We had 2 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Useful for self catering purposes but nothing more. Beach towels provided. Check in was OK. The lifts were frustrating. Only 2 for 10 floors. Pretty slow going at times. Internet was terrible. Given paper codes but it was so slow. This needs to be improved. Beds were comfy and the apartment was clean. Pool was OK but cold. My children did enjoy the slides as long as they could. Would I stay agan? Probably not. We went to use the facilities at Swiss Garden Beach Resort and would thoroughly recommend. So much better! Tip, if self catering, there is a TMG shop just at the bottom of the apartments next door.

  Quite spacious, good location but not the best equipped or cleanest.

  The Residences are on the beach and around a 15 minute walk from the Swiss Garden hotel. They are also about a 20 minute walk to the Puteh Beach Bar, which is (apart from the SG Hotel) just about the only place you can buy western food or alcohol. The beach is nice and not crowded during the day, the pool area has 4 slides and seemed to be enjoyed by all the children who spent hours playing in it! The room we had had two bedrooms, a small lounge area, a kitchenette with dining space and two bathrooms. This was spacious enough for our needs. However the cleanliness was poor. Superficially it was ok, but the nooks and crannies had clearly not been seen to in a while. The same goes for the common areas and pool; we were there at a very busy time so you could excuse the overall lack of cleanliness by saying all of the common areas were being used by hundreds of people. However, there did not seem to be a culture of keeping the place smart.

  DIRTY ROOM

  Stay this hotel because this hotel carry the name of SWISS GARDEN name... First impressions already dissappointed during check in... But its so still I can accept but during enter the room... Ooh my god...so surprise the room was dirty... From sofa, dinning table, fridge, TV cabinate, toilet smelly... Sorry to say even budget hotel much better... I thing pls ask your top management or GM personally view or check your room standard ... This will be the first & last I'm visiting this property... Not RECOMMENDED AT ALL for other guest to visit this place... Dust every were...
