  Family ski holiday

  We stayed for a week with our two kids and had grandparents and aunt visiting as well. We were very impressed by all the friendly and hardworking staff who consistently have been extremely helpful, patient and flexible with us - they really made the difference! The kids (2 and 4 yrs old) enjoyed the well fitted daycare centre and of course sleighing next to hotel. The hotel is at a quite place of town with all amenities nearby. The daily shuttle service and ski depot provided next to the lifts are a clear plus.

  Nice Family Hotel

  The Saas-Fee village is well known for Skiing. The Hotel is in Saas-Fee and is a bit remote in that sense but great for Skiiers.Since we went in summer, we enjoyed the lovely weather.The reception is friendly ,informative and courteous.The room was small for a family of 4 we thought.Children of course had bunk beds .It would have been better if there was a ladder to go up the top bed.We had to put the children up manually beside a precariously perched TV set. Rooms are clean though. The breakfast buffet is just sufficient . Staff is courteous and kind. There is kids play room and you can leave the kids for few hours if you want to trek. The mascot is called Sulino.There is also an outdoor park. The Hotel has their own electric shuttle to pick and drop you to bus terminus.Our kids were given backpacks as gifts before we left. Strange thing is, lift stops working after 10PM. This hotel has sauna and massage too but you should inform in advance as the folks are too busy

  Wonderful family hotel

  We just spent 4 memorable nights at Alphubel. Our kids, 4 and 2, loved the playroom, night dancing, swiss bell concert and sweet staff who truly lové kids! The rooms spacious, the food fresh and delicious and the shuttle to and from the slopes an added bonus. We cannot wait to return!

  Truly magical holiday

  We had the most fabulous holiday at the Alphubel (again), Franziska and her family along with all the staff were just fabulous and the children had the most amazing time - Kids Club is incredible: cookie baking, disco, you name it! The hotel is beautifully warm and has the most stunning view of Saas Fees incredible setting as well as the most delicious food. Thank you so much! (The Law family)

  ideal hotel for a relaxing ski holiday

  Although the family hotel is al little outdated is provides everything I need for a ski holiday. It's also very child friendly. There's a big gaming room. The rooms have a great view over the village as the hotel is located at the side of Saas Fee. The bathroom is equipped with a nice bath and a powerful shower. Breakfast is very generous and the children even have there own buffet. I love the food which is served in a four course service at the table. You recognize a good chef when leftovers are turned into something delicious the next day. I also enjoyed the ski service. Every morning the electric bus of the hotel brings you to the slopes where there's also a free ski depot. Sledges can be used for free and the crew is very kind. Very good value for money!
