  Near Two Big Shopping Malls

  I stayed here for one night during my transit to Dumai. I came at 2 pm sharp (hotel check in time). My room is ready at 2 pm and check in was efficient. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Downside only for rug is quite old. I got a room at the corner, so it has two sides of window which a plus for me. Breakfast choice and taste was standard, but for me its not a big issue. The best thing is, this hotel is beside the biggest shopping mall in town and just across the street with a new shopping mall. Overall, its a good stay and definitely will come back if i need a short stay in Pekanbaru.

  Recommended!

  Good value for money business stay with helpful pleasant staff. Property a bit run down but was clean and location was close where I needed to get to work so it was very convenient for me. WiFi connectivity can be improved as it can disconnecting on me. Overall, would recommend this place.

  The first and the last stay with stiff Regulation Hotel

  First of all,I congrat to the General Manager of this hotel for its stiff regulation of take away breakfast (I guess it all about cutting cost,but I believe that you would never let your guess run away to other competitor near you). Readers who on diet or in rush in the morning Well,at the day I checked in,I have told the receptionist and they told me that hotel regulation restrict the breakfast to be taken away after 06.00 am (since the breakfast time ready in the restaurant).For this chained hotel, with this stiff regulation,I really feel regret choosing this hotel. Yes..this is would be my first and the last time I choose this hotel since I have seen another hotel next to it. But readers, the choice is yours...

  Lots of room to improve

  The hotel is strategically located. 10 mins from the airport and right beside of SKA and Living World malls. Youll find anything youd need in those shopping malls. Breakfast could be better. There was not much of western/continental option, like breads, jams cheeses, and cold meats. The indo options didnt taste as good as it should be. Room was large, but really lacks lighting. It was very dark, giving a bad ambience. Bathroom really needs a brighter lighting, it was so dark that sends you chill down your spine. Amenities: soap and shampoo only. Bed and bedding were comfy though, AC works good, and flatscreen TV were adequate. No mini bars, although there was a mini fridge and complimentary water bottles.

  Great place to stay

  Really love staying at this Hotel. I was staying for 3 nights. The staffs were so friendly and helpful, they care about the current pandemic situations and follow all the protocols. This hotel is beside the SKA Mall and across the Living World mall so you dont need to be worry of lacking any things. The foods also good i really liked it. But the facilities can only be used on weekends due to the situation sadly.
