  Room need attention to cleanliness

  Stayed on 18-20 sep 19, very different from picture in the wesite and the reality. I hope it would like swissbell jogja reviewed before, better stay at claro hotel Advantages : 1. Good breakfast 2. Welcome fruit platter Disadvantages : 1. Small room 2. Dirty room 3. Dirty bathroom 4. Tv remote didnt work well, so i cant watch anything within my stay 5. Wallpaper replacement in corridor 6. No outside view from room, just roof and other window in view 7. Spooky room, light blinking (i cant sleep for first night), after several praying, its better for two and three night 8. 2 times lights off and 2 times light off changes to genset

  Two time stay here, the first time stay at deluxe room and get linen with the old ages, and for the second stay I have privilege from the FOM direct free upgrade to grand deluxe room. The service was good and breakfast the taste was average nothing so spesial from the food. Just wondering with the staff during our breakfaat near with swimming pool and there is a staff activity for zumba. And so sad the hospitality staff with international brand put their shoes on the table while the other guest also there enjoy the morning after having breakfast and watching the activity. Overall I've enjoy the stay and thank you for Mr. Ardi with the offering and all the service was nice and very helpfull. And for Mr. Claudio he's very helpfull handling from arrive until we depart from this hotel. .

  It's ok

  Plus: They serve very early breakfast, like 6 AM or something, which is useful. Good service Quite a strategic location Minus: Facilities a bit worn down Need better lighting in the room, a bit dark for my taste

  short business trip

  I have a very pleasant stay with this hotel. even they had a lot of guest but the service never failed. greeted by the FO team were super kind, food is great, room is nice, memorable stay and strategic location.

  One of the most recommended hotel in Kendari

  Stay 3 nights in this hotel for business purpose. The room very cozy with direct view to Kendari bay, not to mention all staff very friendly makes me feel at home. Another favorite place after day of work is Fireplace lounge where I can have some drink and chill out during night. Overall it should be a top recommended hotel in Kendari
