  Friendly staff. nice room. Food service is terrible.

  I have been staying at the Swiss Bel hotel in Jambi for 21 days as per my clients request. However, The food that has been sent to my room in general is below standard from a SwissBel hotel and in fact some days not edible. I decided to use the room service instead of the prearranged package meals that are being served with my room deal. ( Which are often re-heated food not fresh cooked) I decided to spoil my self with a nice steak and a glass of red wine from their room service menu. When i contacted the staff, i was informed that nothing on the menu is available. However they do have Fried rice, Fried noodles, and fish and chips. that was the total food that was offered today available from room service. Mr Bell . Stayed in room 716 frm 18/07/20 to 10/08/20

  The room is very clean. All things are functioning well. The decoration is very beautiful. The Covid 19 protocols are done properly. I met Ms Lili Suryani. She is very polite, professional and informative. It is good ti know her for me to stay in this hotel again in the future.

  Clean room, very warm welcome

  Staying here for a couple days business trip, the staff are very welcome.. the rooms are big and clean.. good food and yes, strategic location especially for business trip.. overall, wonderful stay! Definitely will be back again for another trip..

  in-room dining is sensational, they have selection of alcohol, most of staff member remember my name, thank you for this. convenience, wi-fi was stable enough so i can work in my room. all and all, thank you

  Fantastic Stay

  I stayed at President Suite for 5 days. It is my first business trip experience in Jambi. Even the staffs are not so friendly with me but they are very friendly with my husband for somehow. )) Amenities was good. Facilities was good enough. Food was delicious. Only the staffs, I did not feel comfort. Among my stay in Swissbel Group in the other cities in Indonesia or around the globe, that was the first time I felt not comfort with the hotel staffs.
