  Good hospitality

  We are staying in room 1602 for the valentines day. The room comes with bathtub and they do some simple deco which is very heart warming for us. The breakfast was good and we like it. The hotel staff are friendly especially reception staff and the bellman is very helpful. We really enjoyed staying here.

  Ok hotel but not good service

  We checked in on Saturday, check out on Monday We left hotel around 9 or 10 am, back to hotel by 4 pm The room was not cleaned The staff excuse: "if the guest does not press "please clean my room" button, the room will not be cleaned We wanted to see the manager but nobody was available on Sunday Room condition: there's mould here and there - like old hotel Hygiene-wise: can be improved (bedsheet, towel) The good thing is free parking

  Hotel that needs to be saved!

  We always wanted to stay here judging from the grandeur by the highway but sadly the hotel is going down by business I suppose and the facilities is going down as well. Torn bedsheets, dusty cups, not to shout about service and breakfast, rooms not so clean for the price of RM240 per night! Owners need to think on how to get the business running again! A hotel that needs to be saved.

  Good hotel, nothing fantastic

  Free parking. Check in was on Christmas day hence there were virtually no service staff in the lobby and we had to wait quite a long while before being attended to. Check in was prompt however one of the two rooms were not ready yet. My 2 siblings and I shared the Deluxe Family Room which was extremely spacious. I enjoyed staying in the room although the walls were slightly old and you could tell that the place had not been refurbished in awhile. Generally clean rooms however quite dusty as well. We decided to go to the swimming pool however to our surprise, the hotels gym and pool were very small... the gym was inside a hotel room itself, with the beds removed and with some gym equipment in its place. the pool was actually a large plastic tub filled with water that we deemed quite unsanitary and unsafe for children to swim in The breakfast selection was limited however the food was alright. Overall average stay, hotels proximity to different food stalls, convenient stores, the giant Aeon mall and the Singapore causeway was its selling point. The hotel was average, would probably stay again for the amenities nearby and the value-for-money.

  From singapore to Jb Qurentin for 10 days at Millesime Hotel Johor Bahru

  Good Day I was staying in Kesihatan Campus Hostel...for 2 night .. Is really really Dirty and unhygienic as well.... Really Food is very very Small portion..!! Please don't ever stay in there.. I Pay for 10 days Rm 1000...is really really such different.. Room is totally unclean.. Also toilet and bathroom.. Also very very Dirty...... Pay the difference is RM500.. Millesime Hotels 3 star in JB per night is RM 150 net = 1500 for 10 days Qurentin.. Is clean and Comfortable pay extra for RM 500 only Hostel Campus per night is RM 100.nett = 1000 for 10 days Qurentin... No Tv.. No towel... And is so DAM DIRTY as Well... FOR ALL THE PEOPLE FROM SINGAPORE TO JB FOR QURENTIN... PLEASE DON'T NEVER EVER CHOOSE HOSTEL CAMPUS.... YOU WILL DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED...... TRUST ME... The Third day I was arrived at noon at Millesime Hotel in JB.. The Lunch they served is SUPERB and DELIOUS... Too And the food is Warm.. Good Job Four days my Breakfast was okay... La of course definitely better than the Hostel campus Food there... The at the Millesime Hotel JB services was so so only.... I think this Millesime Hotel has been operating for Four Years for now... My suggestion needs to do Alot Alot of Touch up in the Room.. In every area.. Previously the construction work... Didn't did well in the construction site ... I hope they can improve of this Millesime Hotel in JB. But the F&B Manager Mr Shah was very kindhearted and caring person and he trying to do best what the customer requirements... In any way he is trying to Fulfilled customers needs all the time..... Sometimes he also will arrange something very special Lunch for customers... Or sometimes also giving the customer Surprise wether in Lunch or Dinner. You will definitely wouldn't regret staying there for Qurentin. For sure I have been staying in Carlton City Hotel in Singapore for Qurentin for 14 days since in January 2021..
