  Holiday adventure week

  Activities on this week were awesome with canoeing, cycling rafting and canyoning which were all brilliant. However the hotel is in Dire need of updating , our bathroom (room 206) was smelly and had a noisy toilet when refilling. Staff were superb nothing was any trouble. Need to review their evening meal choices as it was fairly limited but they did agree to cook whatever we asked for especially as we were vegetarian. Breakfast was good every day. Wouldn't take much to bring this hotel up to a good standard which is a shame as the management was so good.

  Nice location

  The hotel is located on the river and our room had a nice view on it. Staff is nice and very helpfull, but the hotel in general needs improovements. Size of the rooms and bathrooms are fine, but the sheets on the bed were torn and there were mascara stains on our towel. There was a smell of urine on the stairs and in the lobby probably comming from the guest bathroom there that was horrible. Even 3 star hotel should be cleaner.

  Holiday adventure week

  Had a wonderful activity week based at this hotel. Due to a cancellation we ended up being the only 2 people on the activity week, but what we lost in 'social stuff' was more than compensated for by the helpfulness and attention of all the hotel staff. Whilst the hotel is quite basic it provides everything you need, and the location right on the river cetina Is beautiful, with always something to look at. The food was amazing, especially the fresh bread served with every meal. Plenty to eat, of great quality, and freshly prepared by the kitchen staff. All the activities were great, and gave a wonderful experience of this river and surrounding area, the wildlife and scenery was beautiful. Trilj itself is a quiet 'crossroad' town, but there is plenty to do and see if you walk around, the church, the roman site, the fortress etc. There are plenty of bars for evening drinks! Our week was made extra special by the time given to us by Simon, Nevan, Antonia and all the staff, who spent time giving us an insight into Croatian life, many many thanks to them all

  Fantastic holiday and we enjoyed the real Croatia

  We had a fantastic activity week in Croatia in Trilj, this is a very good basic hotel with very welcoming, friendly and excellent staff . The beds are comfortable and good air conditioning. We had a family room which was spacious. The activities were amazing, we went canoing, white water rafting, kayaking, mountain biking and canyoning. We were able to use the bikes to go off and explore and nothing was too much trouble for the staff and owners who were always willing to help. The food was lovely and the area is beautiful. If you want to experience the real Croatia this is the place to come. We are hoping to come back as we want to explore the area more.

  Just some 15' drive from Dalmatina Highway it's worth to visit pretty town of Trilj and to book a room in the Hotel Sveti Mihovil. Situated on left bank of river Cetina, I found it to be very nice to stay for a reasonable price, professional and friendly staff and very fine domestic atmosphere.
