DisappointmentI gave two points, because we stayed during Nyepi, which is more challenging than normal days. But that's where my generosity ends. First thing you realise is that the surroundings of the hotel look terrible. It's like a Detroit suburbs from the window. You will wake up to the noise of motorbikes on the street. Not what you are looking for on a holiday in Bali. There is a lack of basically everything. Rooms are quite big, yet bathrooms have clogged shower drain. Mostly there was no warm water, which is not nice since you can easily get sick from the AC. I guess they don't clean the filters, which is problem also in that tiny swimming pool. There is a huge lack of basic maintenance all around the place. The staff is smiling and young, yet very unskilled and untrained. Check-in was chaotic and took forever. I stayed there for three nights and they did not change the towels once! Also the hotel does not have a kitchen, there is a small restaurant next door, where they offer breakfast. Your morning meal consists of an egg (you can chose how they prepare it, yet it's still just an egg), one toast cut in half, a single sausage (like five centimetres long, usually dry) and few pieces of fruits from fridge. It's the same every day. You can also chose nasi or mie goreng, which I haven't tried. Wouldn't have big expectations tho. If you will find yourself staying there, just go get some food outside. We also had some troubles with payment. I will not go into details, yet it was accompanied by a degrading distrust in customer. Very sad experience which forced me ino extending my stay and canceling plans in Jakarta next day. Go there only if it's your very last option (which was also my case). There are many better places in Sanur for comparable, or even better price. NOT recommended.

Location good, friendly staffMade a last min booking at this hotel as we had to change our plans, we booked two room for a reasonable price. Complimentary snack box and water in each room a small fridge, kettle and cups. A huge t.v and safe which was in the wardrobe the doors on ours didnt open properly. We lived out of our suitcases so wasnt a problem for us. Pool available but not huge and wasnt particularly as clean as wed like. Only three sun beds available too but saying that the beach was a 10-15 min walk away. Staff were accommodating as we stayed with friends and they didnt have the correct beds so the staff organised a pull out/sofa type bed as a temporary measure until they were moved to a bigger room available the next day. Lots of restaurants, shops and ATM/money exchanges nearby! Cleaning of rooms was hit and miss, some days the towels werent changed and the loo roll was running low. We just asked staff for clean towels and knocked the loo roll out of the other room our daughter was staying in. Beds were freshly made each day and the beds were very comfy. This hotel is great if all your doing is showering and sleeping there.

Super dirtyThe staff here is very friendly and helpful. However, we asked to change rooms because the first one smelled like mildew and cigarettes, there was mold in the shower, the AC didnt work, and the sheets were freshly stained (food, chocolate?, dirt) and there was even smudged lipstick on my pillow. You could tell nothing had been washed... We were told wed be given a new room with brand new sheets. Nope. Smelled a bit better, AC works decent enough, but the mold in the bathroom is real, and the sheets, though the stains looked washed over, smelled like cigarettes. Again, the location is perfect and the staff is super nice, but this place is nasty. Unfortunately, everything else around here is booked, so we will have to deal. Literally, the jungle bungalow in Singaraja (with no indoor plumbing and only two people in their staff) ...that was also at the top of a mountain...was FAR cleaner and cozier than this hotel. I dont need much - I mean, weve been roughing it for the most part in other parts of Bali - bathing in cold creek water, sometimes even out of water bottles - washing our chonies in the shower and hang drying them, and sleeping on bamboo......but this place makes me want to go back to that. Disappointing.

Very dirtyWe booked and stayed here, firstly we booked a quiet room, got the noisiest room, they did change us. The pillows are dreadfully hard, towels hard not soft, he bathroom was disgusting, never cleaned our shower, toilet or hand basin once. Had to ask for toilet paper!! Floors were filthy too. Would never stay or recommend this place to anyone, photos are so outdated its rediculous.

Good, clean, quietNice basic hotel, near the beach. Love the cleanliness and friendly staff. Very quiet, we sleeped so well! No breakfast but there is breakfast place next to, wich is very nice and good price(40k). You can walk to the beach in 10-20 minutes and there is lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
