  This boutique hotel is amazing, it looks like an old castel, very elegant, with all services at a higher level. Is amazing. The minus come from the parking probleme, but is not so important because when you are inside, everything is the best

  Best and most elegant hotel in eastern Europe

  This is not just a review about Palatul Suter. Because that's easy - it's 5 stars in every way anyhow: From checking in to checking out, my experience at this beautiful hotel in Bucharest was just outstanding. Any room in the hotel is unique and different. Highly recommend to book the Diplomatic Suite or the Romantic Suite.. These two are absolutely among the best hotel suites I have ever been! Amazing experience, amazing service,unforgettable tasty rumenian breakfast, very but very kind staff: From the cleaning crew to the receptionists to waiters, everyone was so attentive and friendly. Special Shout Out for Cristina, the PR & Communication Manager, who not only gave me the most amazing stay experience but was careful with any detail of my entire trip in Bucarest. Love to see people enjoying their job. I have travelled around the globe and have been to many hotels but it has to be mentioned that the friendliness of the staff was simply outstanding! This is an excellent place. The rooms, the food, the chandelier, the service, the decor and the ambiance ... everything is on the top. A HUGE RECOMMENDATION!

  Elegance all the way!

  Very nice, unique and romantic location with amazing view, beautiful rooms and great restaurant! I loved the way I felt there! A truly charming 5* experience! Friendly staff, very good service, breakfast and food in general! Very good value for money for the services provided!

  Weekend in Bucharest

  Exceptional service, elegant rooms and incredible fine dining. Enjoyed the rooms, extremely refined, comfortable beds and amenities in the rooms. Dinner and breakfast were refined with excellent fresh produce And a Great wine selection. Very good service and elegant decor.

  Best luxury hotel in Bucharest

  Without doubts, this hotel is the best 5 starts luxury boutique hotel that you can find in Bucharest. Each room has style and character. The hotel is newly refurbished (I think it was renovated in 2018) so it is not worn out at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the staff was very professional and made us feel like at home. We had a deluxe elegant room with parliament view - spacious and with high quality furniture (the only minus was the desk which was missing from the room and I had to struggle a bit to do business from the hotel). Also the toiletries from L'Occitane were high quality. We'll surely come back.
