  Charming and cozy

  Very comfortable inn and is well located. It is easy to get everywhere - to Halifax or Peggy's Cove or Lunenburg. The breakfast was great with buffet and fluffy omelettes. The staff was very helpful with local knowledge.

  Fantastic Inn on the ocean

  Very friendly hotel. Clean and nice Lighthouse Suite. Breakfast was excellent. Good location between Halifax and Mahone bay. Terrific hosts with helpful tips for our traveling exploration. Stayed here last NewYear and couple weeks ago. Deffently back soon.

  Beware!

  Booked a room in February for a June stay. Confirmation stated I would be charged on arrival. The following day they charged my Visa the full amount, more than four months early. They refused any modification. I cannot travel due to pandemic, and am out all the money.

  Great Summer Weekend Getaway and the Beach is across the street!

  We booked this B and B back in March so we could attend a wedding just down the road from Surfside. The wedding was cancelled but we still decided to have a weekend getaway. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted on the deck upon our arrival by friendly and knowledgeable staff member Serge. After we settled in we had some fish and chips at a take out just next door and headed to the beach - which is literally across the street! It was wonderful being steps away from a beach so we ensured we made several trips there. Breakfast is available for an extra cost and so worth it. We had he option of it being served on the outside deck or delivered to our room. Luckily it was a beautiful day so we could enjoy breakfast on the deck with a view of the beach. Serge was our server and gave us friendly and professional table service. We felt very welcome here.

  What a great find !

  Stayed overnight last week while travelling with my sister. We loved this place. Room was clean, comfortable and with a good price. Coffee and breakfast was served by Serge: fresh fruit, toast, eggs, yogurt, juice and granola. We were across the street from the beach and listened to the ocean surf at night. Couldn't have asked for more. I'd book it again easily.
